I was really looking forward to working with Emmanuelle on my new cafe project. She was initially very responsive and came out to the site. She spent 2 hours taking measurements. That was on Wednesday. She told me she'd get back to me on Friday. That was over two weeks ago. She straight up ghosted me. No response or explanation. I was even kind of worried about her at one point! Very strange to have a vendor invest their time just to disappear.

I first met Emmanuelle when I remodeled my house in Mill Valley. I needed specific custom cabinets for my bathroom. I had asked lots of cabinet makers and choose to go with Modulogie. Even though the period was super challenging for supply chain, summer 2021, she managed to have my cabinet done exactly to my wishes. The design process was very clear and easy, she made détails plans and visuals. And the installation was super clean and neat. Communication was easy. The team is punctual. Great experience! I recommend.

We had a great experience with Emmanuelle! She helped to transform our old, dated, and dysfunctional kitchen and living area into a beautiful and light-filled space to entertain and bring our family together. She worked closely with our architect and general contractor along every step of the remodel process, and gave helpful insight along the way to best utilize our space. Most importantly, she helped design a kitchen to fit our family’s needs, that was also within our budget. We are grateful for the opportunity to have worked with her!

I've worked with Emmanuelle on a couple project now and I can't speak highly enough of her and her services!First or all, she came to the rescue when my husband and I were about to embark on a kitchen remodel without having consulted with a proper designer. We were using a regular architect, and there were so many details that were missing. After talking to Emmanuelle, we completely changed the layout of our kitchen, and we're so glad we did! The design is much more functional that what we originally had.Additionally, the cabinetry is gorgeous! You can tell there's a level of craftsmanship that goes beyond what you can find in most big box stores. The end result is absolutely stunning.Lastly, Emmanuelle's dedication to service and professionalism is exceptional. I understand that supply chain issues are crazy right now, but rather than just blame the current situation, Emmanuelle worked tirelessly (even during her time off) to make sure the cabinets were delivered as quickly as possible.I will definitely be using her services again and won't hesitate to recommend Modulogie to all my friends!

We recently hired Modulogie, owned and led by Emmanuelle Rigaux to redo our kitchen and had a horrific experience. The project started in early June, and we just finished but without her in the process. Our nightmare began when the cabinets were delayed by almost a month coming from Europe. She then promised us that once we got the cabinets (she volunteered her husband to go pick them up himself), even though we had paid for shipping, she would have a crew working round the clock to install the cabinetry in 5-7 days, and then 5-7 days for countertop installation. This turned out to be a lie. Her husband showed up to install the cabinets by HIMSELF, working four-hour shifts, which took almost two months. Then her countertop guy decided he didn't want to take the job, so our contractor found another company to install the countertops and backsplash. In mid-August, Emmanuelle completely disappeared from the job and never returned our phone calls, text messages, or emails. She is rude, unprofessional, and does not know what customer service is. Do not believe her website, she is a horrible individual. We paid hundreds of thousands of dollars and it was money down the drain, totally not worth it. The cabinets had to be uninstalled and reinstalled four times. So many mistakes were made, the floor got scratched again, and we had to repaint the kitchen. This is nothing but a two-person shop, she oversold and did not deliver.

As a designer who has been in the industry for many years I can honestly say Emmanuelle is beyond professional, experienced, and cares about every detail and has fantastic follow thru, even with some difficult clients. I love working with her and I have worked with many people in this industry. She’s awesome!
