Gets lots of customers but the owner and staff are never flustered, always pleasant, helpful and kind. Go out of their way to be helpful. Reasonaby priced. “I have been coming to Lafayette Pack and Ship + Print for a couple years now for unusual needs: printing maps, tokens, and more for a homebrewed Dungeons & Dragons campaign. I've asked Ian and Sue to field unusual requests with specific parameters (e.g. printing large custom battle maps in which the grid is perfectly 1"x1") that have often required a fair amount of trial-and-error. Ian and Sue have been patient, resourceful, and extraordinarily friendly as we work together to get my prints just right and marvel at the results. I wouldn't be able to run the home game that I do without them and I look forward to seeing them every time I need to prepare for my next session. This shop is a Lafayette gem!”
“I needed a document notarized and overnited to a title company in Washington. I found the closest UPS store in the Richmond Marina area and called. Voice mail. You know it's not going to get answered when they ask you to leave the date and time you called. Surprise, they never called me back. Instead, I headed over to see them in person. No notary there and they were not sure when she would be there. Great. From the parking lot, I called the UPS store off San Pablo. They answered and were ready to help. In about 10 minutes, I pulled up in front. Fantastic service. Very fun to talk to and would do business with them again in a heartbeat.”

“All I can say is: they are a great service with a small town feel. We are expats and needed a mail service that gave us complete flexibility of a physical address that we can access online!. We are able to do "virtually" everything we can do in a physical environment. Reading and executing mail and packages all online. They are US Postal Service authorized to accept any package that one can accept at home, deposit checks, ship packages, notary services. When a package come in. you have the option of picking up, or like us living overseas, have the mail scanned for viewing online and then deciding what to do with it: Now you can have a mailbox anywhere in the world to accomplish your personal or business needs. We chose Mail Boxes Plus Berkeley because it is close to our original residence and resources, meaning that when we come back to the SF bay area we know our way around. Great service, reasonably priced, good fun people and the location is next to some awesome shops including the Claremont Resort and Spa.”

“I am so incredibly grateful to all the people who work at this particular store. I have had a lot of problems with my knees while waiting for knee replacements and have been unable to come into the store and bring my Amazon returns! They have been kind enough to come out to my car, retrieve the boxes/packages, carry them in, return everything and bring me out the receipt. They have done all this with a smile, so kind and thoughtful and so patient. For someone who needs a little extra help it is so nice to be able to count on them. This is why this store is such a success. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you, thank you.”

“Intelligent Office is an amazing option for all business types. The Management (Sierra Van Derkamp) is very hands on. The offices are beautiful, conference rooms ideal and the public areas (lobby, restrooms & coffee area) immaculate. Free parking is a definite perk. This is a perfect alternative to a home office!! We just had our holiday party there and everyone loved the location and ambiance!”

Staff are always polite, cheerful and they go above and beyond to get your needs met in a timely manner. I come in here all the time and I’ve notice that staff and kind and friendly not only with me but with everyone who comes in.
They answer question and resolve issues without making customers feel rushed or like a burden. They truly rock! I wish more stores had a team like theirs!”

“I love the efficiency of this DHL outlet. After researching several locations wherein I could trust my family's precious documents to send out overseas, THIS place consistently answered the phones for questions BY the owner himself AND it felt safe that he has had an ongoing relationship with DHL for 20+ years! Other DHL outlets closer to where I live never answered their phones or had questionable dependability. In the middle of a busy work day, it was worth it driving the extra few miles.”
“Had what was a complex printing task that included transfer from my phone with inclusion of already printed documents. I was beyond exhausted and had already tried another UPS store where the attendant was very nice but unable to accomplish the task.
Liam, with his warm and friendly manner, told me, "No problem," and then proceeded to accomplish exactly what I needed which completely uplifted my day.

“Came here on a Sunday morning with two large glass-framed precious paintings. We're talking 3 & 4ft sheets of glass. Packing and shipping service, one out to Oklahoma, the other out to New York. Elijah was kind, patient, and genuine, and put my skepticism of them arriving safely, to rest. He explained how they would be packed, and that one required them to custom fit a box because of its measurements. They arrived so well packed it would have taken real effort to damage them. I was so impressed and grateful that that kind of care was given to these. I couldn't possibly be happier. Thank you Moraga UPS and special shout out to Eli (who should be given a raise for his added value to the shop). Thank you.”

“This is a fantastic alternative to the post office for sending and receiving mail. This long-time small business offers inexpensive PO Boxes (much less than the post office) and safe package receiving, with notary services, and smart service. You can send via UPS or USPS. There is a no-nonsense vibe when you go in, but there is also a clear integrity that you NEED for mail and for notary services. I will be happy to never go to the post office again, and it will be great to not have to worry about my mail being stolen - as is happening all over the area.”
