Horrible manager, zero compassion. We had a terrible visit with Labcorp. Most of the patients are older and need help, changing policies with no notice and being sent away is a terrible way of running a business.

I had a wonderful experience at Labcorp this morning. Olivia drew four vials of blood. She did a terrific job. I hardly felt the needle prick. Olivia took great care to draw the needed blood. She has excellent customer service. Her down to earth attitude and expertise made it a pleasant experience. Kudos to Olivia for a job well done.

I recently brought my daughter here for an urgent and unexpectedly needed blood test. My daughter is extremely anxious about bloodwork because she has very hard to find veins. After 5-7 attempts, clenched fists, and a heating pad on her arms, the phlebotomist was ultimately able to access a vein. Unfortunately, the phlebotomist neglected to collect enough blood (even though the test my daughter needed is VERY specific as to how many vials, number of ml, and even the type of needle used). This is EXTREMELY frustrating, not only because she has to go through this anxiety again, but also because the incompetence could affect my daughter's ability to leave on time for her study abroad. We'll never return to LabCorp.

Walked in at 8 without an appointment for fasting lab work. Signed in on computer and within 8 minutes had my blood drawn. I told the young lady I have collapsible veins and sometimes hard to get blood. She was amazing! Used butterfly and done first try. After reading reviews I wanted to say my experience was great! Very grateful!

Well it's conveniently located, was quick, and they drew blood that's about the most I'll say for this location. Unfriendly front desk staff, unfriendly phlebotomist. The check-in by phone didn't work like it was supposed to. Parking was impossible, unless you ignore all the signs reserving spaces for doctors or bank customers.

The website says walk-ins are welcome and I have used Labcorp for years and always walked in. But this morning I drove quite a long way to get to the Orinda facility and was told that I couldn't have a blood draw because I hadn't made an appointment. When I said I would like to make one I was told that i had to do it through the website. I was refused service despite the fact that there was no one there. All the chairs in the waiting room were empty. What an excellent way to run a business!
