“We recently had an excellent experience with Mattress Firm, specifically thanks to the wonderful staff at both the Concord and Pleasant Hill locations. Our initial visit was to the Concord store, where we met Hogan. He was truly professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. Hogan took the time to understand exactly what my husband and I needed. Hogan was courteous and made us feel welcome. He clearly knew the products inside and out. His advice was practical and tailored to our situation. Unfortunately, the Concord location did not have enough of their full range of mattresses on the floor for us to try everything we needed. Hogan, demonstrating his dedication to our satisfaction, immediately recommended we visit their nearby sister location in Pleasant Hill to see a greater selection.
We followed Hogan's excellent recommendation and headed to the Pleasant Hill store.
We were greeted by the Store Manager, Dan, who took great care of us. His guidance was invaluable in helping us make our final decision. We also want to thank Jason, who was incredibly attentive and friendly during our visit.”

I had issues with shipment on a box frame that I ordered online. I called the Concord Ave location and asked if he was able to assist me with tracking my order.
He not only provided multiple options to resolve my concern, but he also acknowledged my situation and showed empathy. Mike was attentive and ensured all my concerns were addressed to have my bed set before the holidays. Mike truly took his time to hear me out and ensured I understood the entire process. I never once felt rushed with him and assured me that everything will be ok.
In addition, Mike always “kept the door open” with me by telling me not hesitate to reach out if there are additional things I need. He felt warm, personable and approachable.
As someone with years of retail experience, Mike hit the nail on the coffin with his customer service and social skills. Thanks Mike!”

Ryan was our main point of contact and we worked with him from beginning to end. He was very easy to work with, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. While the staff have always been very helpful, I live a little further away now so tend to just order online because I know which pieces I want and their delivery has been speedy and fantastic. Their pieces are incredibly well-made and beautiful and are quietly rugged enough for daily use without showing barely any wear, and strike the balance I love between modern and nostalgic. “I had three level fusion on my spine and found I could not sit in an ordinary chair for any length of time. I had a job in which I needed to sit every day for a long periods of time, fortunately, I found this store, Relaxed the Back, that had a very expensive chair that once I sat in it I realized I had found the chair that allowed me to sit for hours on time. Although the chair was expensive, because of my back surgery the cost did not matter and it was worth more than twice what I paid for it.”

“Ive been shopping with Rick Hudson Estate liquidation for years. The Hudson team is highly professional and is probably one of the most seasoned and knowledgeable in the San Francisco Bay Area. Recently Rick expanded his business to include the ESTATE FURNITURE STORE. The store sells a fast moving selection of gently used furniture that range from vintage to antique . On the first day he opened I purchased a sweet teak Danish Modern rocker at a very fair price. At his store you can not only find Mid Century Modern but also Art Deco, Victorian, Industrial as well as classic traditional furniture too. They sell lighting and many decorative things to hang on your walls. If your on the hunt to find interesting things for your home always try to drop into Ricks shop because you never know what's going to turn up.”
