First off, let me just say, it is so refreshing to have an actual person on the phone for once. I must say the staff here are friendly and very knowledgeable.
I called with a few questions about different policies and quotes. The agent Dana, that helped me was very kind and patient. She took the time answering all my questions and made sure I didn’t need help with anything else. It was a was truly a pleasure speaking with her.
I wish more customer service was like this. With every good customer service I know there’s definitely an awesome boss behind them. I will be referring my friend and family here for sure. If you’re looking for an insurance company look no further. I hope your experience is just the same. ?”

“These nice people are also a DMV Partner!Needed to do a title transfer and register a used vehicle. Could not even schedule an appointment with DMV. Drove down to find a line half way around the building. Found Bossa Nova listed as a partner on the DMV website. They took care of me in 15 minutes (And fixed a title issue - signature on the wrong line). No DMV Hell, easy parking, fast friendly service and reasonable pricing. Made an appointment with Terry the front desk representative to walk through and hand over my keys to Francis who was my vehicles point of contact.
