No surprise, I'm not a gym lover. But this one has been a welcomed surprise. There's not much to their “locker rooms†BUT the management team is personable and takes time to learn your name, it's quiet (within reason), and right next to the Bart!! Definitely a good choice to leave 24 Hour Fitness Moraga for Anytime Fitness Orinda. Honestly, I feel like I'm going to a private gym in a condo complex, but with much more equipment, staffed by a team that actually wants to listen! So happy it finally opened!

I have been working with Sheena for approximately two months to loose weight and improve my mobility and core strength. I am very pleased with the results so far. Sheena's approach is very straight forward, and I think is sustainable for the long term.

Great Community Gym as many of the posters have pointed out and the staff is always friendly when I come in during my lunch hour. Towels for working out and showering are always available and the water is always hot in the shower! I'd recommend to anyone!

GREAT community gym. Staff is always super helpful and welcoming. They've just done a bunch of remodeling and added some new classes too! One of the only places where I don't have to spend a fortune on Barre classes, they're included in the membership! They offer a lot for a small gym. Everyone is really passionate about what they're doing and I love how everyone knows everyone else's name. It's rare to come by anymore! Highly recommended :)

This review is for Emm Yee. Honestly she is one of the best trainers I have ever encountered. Patient, understanding, and really takes interest in each individual's needs. I cannot believe that 24 Hour Fitness let this jewel go. Their loss is InForma Health Club's gain. I really loved the class last night. Thank you for an amazing time !!!!!! YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!!

Great place to workout. The staff and trainers are friendly, knowledgeable and always prepared to go out of their way to help members. The owner is usually around, and always open to talking with people. Highly recommend In Forma as an local alternative to the big chain gyms.

I have been a member for 12 years, and am there 5 days + per week. In Forma provides a quiet, supportive and professional environment. Exercise classes offered by skilled trainers, allow for variety and challenge. Personal training by Andrea and others is well worth the money to support both physical and mental fitness. Great place for kids to start routines, flexibility for professionals, and great programs for seniors to maintain important fitness goals. In Forma IS fitness in and for Orinda!

Thanks to the owner and staff at In Forma in Orinda. Always greeted with a smile and friendly environment to excerize the stress away. I try to go down there every other day and feel energized after a workout. Andrea does his best to make the most of what he has going for him. He has a knack for picking employees who are nice. You dont need some big gym with a swimming pool to get fit, just get down there and check it out.

Excellent caring staff. The owner is really the driving force. Give a terrific integral fitness clas alogn witha wide range of other fitness classes, private and group. Great location. Other members are fun friendly as well.

In Forma is a great neighborhood gym. I love the variety of fitness classes and the equipment is just right. They also have a great group of personal trainers - who really know how to motivate and guide you through the process of getting and being fit. In Forma's staff and the members are also very friendly. It's a no-pressure, welcoming gym.
