I understand helping customers that need help, but my wife and I got followed around the store even after we told the guy we didn't require help. Then he followed us to the register to make sure we we paying for our things. Lady at the register said it was a requirement of them to follow people around...seems like they just didn't want us in there.

Unfortunately the employees are not customer friendly. At least not any of them while I was there. Rude to a lot of customers. I'm surprised how few complaints they get. Most R probably used to it. Don't go if you have questions.

Staff makes you feel like they want you in and out and not to browse. Know what you want ahead of time. No online ordering and pick up in store so online stuff says not available at this store. Never seen any ace opt out of this shop online pick up in store service fir customers before but I heard owner say he didn't want to offer it with my own ears. Male owner not friendly. I'd go to Ray's.

I have lived in the foothills for 30 years. This store is definitely a favorite Ace Hardware! The people are consistently so kind and helpful. They have a huge inventory. Saves me trips into the big city! Thank you, Mike.
