“I think the customer service here is always good. I always just go to their sales because I feel like I find more things that I like at Ambiance in SLO or Paso Robles. I have gotten some cute tops previously at their sale but haven't worn them yet. The sale prices are reasonable but I think the normal prices are a bit much but it is the cost that is the normal amount everywhere. I bought a couple of perfume s that were regularly 135 for 60 each and a few cards,”

“Raphael Hopkins exceeded my expectations by a long shot. I had a pick up along with a return to make. He went beyond his job description to process my return in the pouring down rain while I waited in my car. He had to run back and forth about six times. Raphael was hands down the most friendly employee I’ve ever encountered at Macy’s and otherwise. Thank you Raphael!!”

“Pretty standard Old Navy really. They've got a ton of clothes, reasonably well organized although previous customers do a number on the shelves they do their best to keep everything looking neat. As far as Old Navy's go, this one is kept pretty clean.”
“My first experience was great here. I went in for a couple of t-shirts for my work uniform and Carlos, the manager, directed me to all there options as soon as I walked in. Found the best deals and learned how to read there sale signs. Well definitely go in again.”
“Good place to go if you are in need of work clothing and boots. They sell everything from boots to jackets and socks to belts. Good quality brands too, like Timberland Pro and Carhartt. The staff is friendly and helpful, they also give you your space to shop around at your own pace. I highly recommend this place, the name really says it all.”

“ZoooWeeeMama at first I was nervous to go into tillys because of the pandemic. BUT I'm glad I did I just moved into the city of Santa Maria from my home in Slovakia. I'd say I'm and old fashioned man but tillys had literally everything that fit my character and I couldn't be any happier with the new clothes I just bought! Outstanding customer service from all the employees they were all very helpful and informative they let me knew about the rewards and all the incoming sales. “It's impressive how messy it can become. Too bad some customers makes the shopping experience harder for others than it should be. Theft, throwing and leaving items on ground, piles of clothes for the retail employees to work, a great amount of exercise work for them, hurray!! Everybody probably enjoy the overtime pay. To some customers, it seems that they didn't learn how to act properly in public. Some of the issues probably come from corporate HQ, like in other retail stores, they are limited to a budget or ignore great ideas that can potentially improve customers service in the long term but refuse to invest a bit more money in the company like it has no future. Overall good customer service but it could be better.”
“i see a lot of reviews saying the owner/employees are mean? etc, etc. i went there with my friend today, employees seemed over-all nice. maybe new owners and employees? but i don't know about the quality of the clothes, since i just looked around, but over-all pretty good, cute tops, cute dresses, cute everything”
