“This is a fun little quiet town to spend a casual afternoon. There are plenty of little shops and unique stops along the main road. I got lost in some of the nostalgia. Gardens full of unique flowers and great ideas for recycling materials into art. People are all warm and welcoming. If you ever pass through Old Orcutt, stop and smell the flowers, have a glass of wine or local brew, and enjoy the slower pace that is an pleasant find in California.”

“the food here is good. better than the average brewery. chicken strips and fish and chips were nice. light batter and hot. the service was very good. the beer selection is poor unless you like ipas and hop beers, which i do not. i will return when they have a nice stout or ale but not until then.”
