If you want a place where you’re challenged, motivated, and empowered not only by the staff but also by the person riding on the bike right next to you, this is the best place to come to. Your first ride is free, so you don’t have anything to lose. Every instructor brings some special and unique to their classes and they’re cheering you on the entire way.

I just had the worst experience, as I am running late due to traffic. First they give my bike away then they give me one with one pedal. Apparently I have to call if I am running late who can predict traffic? or be on their phone while driving ? I see 2 other guest walking in and they get a bike. Front desk tells her co worker well I guess we could have gave you their bike? Like what ? I left frustrated.

Super fun place that bikes to the beat with choreo. There are options to modify your ride (in or out of the saddle) so all you need to do is say "yes" and show up! The instructors motivate and encourage riders every step of the way. It's a great place to build strength, mental clarity (those endorphins!), and friendship. First ride is free so there's nothing to lose... except calories... and everything to gain!

I love going to spin class at tbe liftcycle studio. Its fun, encouraging, lift my spirits no matter how im feeling. I never feel like i dont belong. And i really appreciate the positivity.

Nothings gets me up and active at 5am like this place has! Each and every instructor is so unique and different to one another in the best way possible. I always leave feeling refreshed and ready to take on my day. The community at Lift Cycle is like no other.

I have been a member of Lift Cycle for over 3 1/2 yearsThe owners that run, Lift Cycle are the most amazing family! All of the instructors are highly trained !They have the best music, lights and atmosphere !They make , Everyone that's a member feel like Family!I can imagine going anywhere else !Lift Cycle is indoors, so in the summer it's nice and cool and in the winter it's nice and warm !Best place in town

Lift Cycle is just the absolute best way to get your exercise in and have a fun time doing it. I’ve never been to a spin class before, but I don’t think I’ll ever find a place that will beat this place. The environment they’ve created here is unlike any I’ve ever seen, and to this day I ask them how they manage to keep up their energetic, positive, fun and wholesome vibes - because I could never do it!From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by nice cold air with the slightest hint of essential oils in the air. It’s a very warm, clean and welcoming establishment. I remember being very nervous for my first class, but now I consider the instructors and staff my second family. I look forward to the classes as they certainly get me out of a funk after a stressful day. The owners are mother and daughter and if you get the pleasure of meeting them, they will talk to you like they’ve known you for years. Absolutely lovely pair of gals, and the other instructors are just as great with each one of them having specific music styles to cater to all.I’m 14 classes in and don’t plan on stopping!
