“I took my wedding bands here to be fixed. They were attached by two bars to fit around my engagement ring and had broken apart. I walked in and everyone was so kind and welcoming! The jeweler explained to me the reason it broke was bc the bars were too thin. He gave me the option for him to fix it as is, or to make them thicker. He was very knowledgeable, upfront and honest about everything. I felt comfortable leaving my wedding bands with them. What I didn't expect was to get them back better than when I left them! It had been sized down at a different jeweler and I could always see where the sizing had been done. Well, JB's had fixed it! My rings are so incredibly beautiful all the way around! He did SUCH an AMAZING JOB and is SO VERY TALENTED! Even my husband (who is super picky) was so impressed by his work!! I'm so happy and thankful and I will never take my jewelry anywhere else!! “My first time here and was greeted very kindly by Laura and Bobbi. They were very professional and courteous. Even Laura's son was very professional and friendly and accommodating in customer service. Bobbi, I enjoyed her directness and blunt forwardness. As in turn, I am the same! I needed a loan and I brought in several of my small arms and rifles and a few miscellaneous things on top of that. Bobbi took the time and explained to me the entire process of the loan in detail and in return in how to reacquire my firearms once the loan is paid back. For what I was asking for a loan, Bobbi and Laura came close to what I had requested. I was very satisfied to where I did not feel "low balled" the way others not so satisfied customers in the reviews have put it? "People its the business when it comes to (PAWN - DO YOU ALL KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS), remember that! Your not always going to get what you think is the amount you feel is the amount you deserve?? That's the nature of the business and how it goes. Accept it!!As far as what the last 3 reviews had to say about Diamond Jewelry & Loan. I don't know what store they walked into, but I had no experiences like that whatsoever? Think they may have walked into another Jewelry & Loan store and gotten their thought processes tangled up with another place.I was very impressed with the store and their collections of everything.
