This is the best Walmart in the Sacramento area! It has a great produce selection. and...I lost my iphone 14 while shopping. When I asked the man at the door if anyone found an iPhone, he was honest and kind and returned my phone! I appreciated it soo much! Please recognize him, as it occurred around 930 pm 1/26/24. If I could give Zero to the customer service department I would. UNBELIEVABLE I come in to do an EVEN EXCHANGE. Same jacket, same size, different color. Of course the answer is NO. They can't find my purchase in the system (paid cash so that's likely why) So I end up buying the jacket I wanted... AGAIN, so now I own two jackets, one I don't want...The lady at the counter had the audacity to tell me I should just "donate" the one they wouldn't exchange... I was a store manager for 12 years, you ALWAYS take care of the customer. Even if it means looking past the fact there's no receipt.. what if it was a gift? I will be contacting the general manager about this and am appalled by the customer service. Is the complaint against you, the employee and the store worth it? I'll tell you from experience it is not. Take care of your customers!!!

Rude staff running the cosmetics section last night! My sister is trying to get a dove pump soap and she was looking for the smallest bottle she can find since she is only in town for a month and she cant bring it back home, the lady was stand right by her looking like she just really do not want to be there, so my sister found the tiniest bottle she can find at the top shelf she asked her husband to reach it for her instead since the lady looked so miserable at her job but the bottle didnt have a price tag so my sister ended up asking her anyway, and then instead of answering what the price is and helping she gave the most condescending rude question "why would you reach all the way up there when you have one right in front of you??" first of, how is she supposed to know that right away and you were watching us the entire time so my sister is so nice and just apologized but she just grabbed the soap from my sister's hands and said i'll put this away since the top is unstable and left. This lady needs to just find a different job instead of dumping her garbage attitude towards people! Just because my sister is not from around here doesnt mean she gets to be rude to her.

The girl with slightly dyed green hair doing self checkout was really nice and offered to take my hanger. She complimented me as well. She was so sweet, luv her for that.

They sold me a fake Zondervan NIV Bible. No bueno. The staff is usually super cool though. They can have this garbage back.

They allow dogs that are clearly NOT service dogs into the store. I have also seen dog feces in the store. Don't get me wrong, I love dogs. They just don't belong in a store with food.

I am disabled and I can only shop with the aid of an electric shopping cart. They have 3 that are never in service. The greeter raised his voice to tell me that they were still out of service and when I left the store he tried to step in front of me. I walk with a cane and my balance isn't great, I almost walked into him and we both would have fallen.

I ordered groceries from Walmart 2 days ago to be delivered. The delivery went smoothly, however whoever picked out the groceries did a very sloppy job and I am owed a refund. Problem is I can't get ahold of anyone in that department as they don't answer the phone. I did not receive 3 of the items I ordered and two of the items I ordered were spoiled. I also did not get a receipt; however I was charged the same amount of money that showed on my order form. I gave a good tip and would like to at least be able to get a phone number to contact someone to get help with this. I've

I tried this location for my grocery delivery. Big mistake. Several items expired, including a Gallon of milk with an expiration date 4 days before I got the delivery. Helen Keller must have been my shopper. Unlike other services that believe you, one must actually make a trip to Walmart to return something, so time and gas saved by not going to the store is negated. Worse yet, when I got to the store, their system was down so they were "unable to process" my return. Sad. Anyway, stick to canned goods or whatever because perishables are typically wilted, unripe, or expired

I went tonight Saturday 19th at 9:30pm, I was at the self checkout finalizing my transaction, and the register didn't give me the receipt because was asking to add the plastic bags again and it was wrong because I already had added them, so I called the customer service person that was there, a 600 pounds woman super super super super rude and mean, I told her that the register didn't give me the receipt and she didn't answer me and she added more plastic bags to finalizing the transaction, please walmart, you can pay for better service than that, the only nice person in that walmart is a gentleman who is always at the door looking our receipt, seems like he is Hindu or Pakistan, he is extremely nice, he deserves a rise

The older Indian man who checks the receipts at the door is so incredibly rude. He made me drop all of my heavy stuff on the ground after rolling his eyes because my receipt was in my wallet in my back pocket. After he watched me check out at self check. After telling him I was going to talk to the manager he snapped back at me saying okay have a great day. Extremely upset at how rude he was today and always seems to be to me and others. today was pretty extreme tho. Gonna find another Walmart to go to for now on.

I never thought I would give a Walmart a 5 star... But Kat helped me tonight and she was AWESOME! Never before have I been treated so nicely with such care from a Walmart employee before. She was extremely energetic, lively, extremely helpful, and I could tell she really cares about her customers. Someone give her a gold star and a raise because she deserves it! 10/10 customer service! You rock Kat!
