These older African-American ladies are very rude for no reason. No greeting, no smile, no hello, no goodbye. They seem to hate their jobs or other people. Been here couple of times and same attitude.

The people working were pleasant and efficient. The issue is evidently they send their stuff to Rocklin and there it got delayed. The ups tracker says ticket was created at 6:20 although we took box before noon. Will go over to Folsom next time.

I’m sorry to be leaving a low rating, but I experienced a lack of responsibility. Please don’t ask me to come at a specific time if there’s no commitment to actually getting things done. It’s frustrating and feels careless.

I used to love this location. However, there have been new hirings and new employees do not seem to be nice at all. Some have major attitude and do not seem being happy to have this job. For example, the employee Me'sha hates Amazon returns. She keeps piling them up without attaching the labels. No wonder one of my packages got already lost. When I tried to explain it, she gave me looks full of hate. So unprofessional. Why would you not finish returns and go to the next customer? I try to use a different location now, even though some employees are super pleasant and extremely professional in this location, Ryan, for example. I wish this location could keep the old vibe it used to have, the Orangevale vibe. We should hire locally more.
