Today I experienced excellent customer service at this location. The employee's name is Ryan and he greeted me as I walked in. I was not there as a 'regular' customer. I went in to return a medical device in a pre-paid shipping box and had no intention to purchase anything. I mentioned that one of the monitors I was returning was still 'beeping' (couldn't get it to stop) Ryan patiently re-opened the box and was able to stop the beeping. Several people had entered the store after me so it was starting to get busy. He treated me like I was a regular, paying customer and gave me a return receipt. I experience service like this once in a while but, sorry to say, lots of businesses don't understand true customer service. I thought this was important enough to recognize Ryan and hopefully UPS management will also recognize him for the exemplary employee that he is.

Turquoise at the store is the nicest and best employee I have ever had at any shipping store. She is wonderfully helpful and efficient and she is always positive!

Packaged mailed from Orangevale to San Jose. Paid 60.00 for 24 hour delivery. Arrived 24 hours late. I called the store the day it arrived late and then the next day. (On phone call log). Said they would take care of it.
Went in 2 weeks later when I returned home. Again they said they would take care of it.
Today they tell me my husband had to contact them and now it is too late.
Very convenient of them to not tell me on my previous contacts with them.

Ryan is awesome! I always come to this UPS because they are fast, friendly and so helpful. I always tell them they are awesome but I had to give them a review to properly say thank you because Ryan really helped me out of a jam. Not just today, but every time I come this location is amazing. Thank you Ryan! You and your team at the Greenback location are by far the best UPS Store ever. You deserve a raise!
