“Customer service, quality and education top knotch! Great variety of Kratom with a detailed menu of what each strain is used for. I personally love the Maeng da caps because they are a gram each, where most places only sell caps im 500mg so it’s nice only having to swallow half the amount. Not to mention the quality is superior to other brands you typically find at smoke shops.”
“Super place to have a smoke and a drink. Pick a smoke from their walkin humidor or bring your own and pay the $10 lounge fee. Either way, it is comfortable with lots of seating,draft beer, and wine.”

“They deserve probably 4.5 but that's not an option. I've watched the young man that's there during the day grow up, literally. He used to be there as a child helping his uncle, TS, when he was out of school sometimes. They're great to me, although their isles are plenty wide for my wheelchair, they will always take time to get me whatever I'm buying. They're actually always really nice, in spite of what I may have said before, that was more messing with the young owner than anything else. Even though there are other options just as close for me, I'll go to TS as long as I live in this area.”
“I went to cloud city yesterday for the first time. They have good Variety of tobacco. Hand blown glass that seems like good quality for the price. Found what I was looking for pretty easily and the guy working was helpful with my questions. Highly recommend!”

He tried laughing it off. “Tiny's lounge is my fave. In my biz, I'm in an out of vape shops all the time. This is the only shop in which I spend my own money. The owner is not looking to over charge for his products. His prices are extremely fair. If there is something your are looking for and he isn't currently stocking it...simply ask him if he can get it. 9 out of 10 times, he will have for you within a day or two. I'm a loyal customer for life, and I have sent many new referrals / customers his way.”

“Service here is great. I'm a regular here and Mike has always taken care of me each time in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner. I purchased a wrong item and brought it back to switch it out to the correct size to make it right. Keep up the great work MIke. Being an older guy, the selection here is quite overwhelming in a good way. Lots of variety and Mike always gives you a great explaination of an unfamiliar product. Value is slightly cheaper than the other guys, but the service and welcoming enviroment makes up for the small savings.”

“I came in stressed out, just had my brand new bong delivered from another company and it was broken. The staff wanted to know how they can help and pointed me to a few nice bongs. I was very particular about my types and choices. I came across their HiSi collection and just had to get one of the beaker bongs. Got a one-on-one to make sure the carry case fit just right. Very happy with the customer service and attention to details. Will recommend this store everytime I am asked where I got my beautiful bong.”

“When I called Sunday I was hoping Tony's smoke shop was opened, even though I know they are always closed on Sunday. But I can't pay the prices from all the local shops competing against Tony's because they are unbelievably expensive. To my luck they were open and not only are they open on Sundays they remodeled they whole place so it's more inviting and stocked with new awesome products. Thanks I will always refer friends and family.”

He is knowledgeable about his products and has made valuable suggestions for me, which was super helpful.After chatting with me a little & getting to know what kind of product I was looking for, he understood what I wanted more than I did.He then explained to me why he thought I might not enjoy "this product" but he offered me a few different alternatives he thought I would enjoy more, for which I was greatly appreciative. I don't relish the idea of wasting money on something I won't like & having it end up as garbage.He has given me a couple of complimentary samples to take home to "try before you buy."To me, it feels like this shop is his passion. “Place has a really chill vibe. The humidor room was under renovation but the owner was very helpful and professional and let is smoke our own in the back patio (u can smoke indoors too at designated cigar spot). My buddy and I ended up smoking in the back patio for a couple hours. The place had a very exclusive atmosphere and is pretty clean. I would definitely recommend checking this place out. I will definitely be returning to smoke some more cigars.”
