If you like treasure hunts, this store is for you. Sadly, we arrived only a half hour before closing so our time was limited. Nevertheless, we scored on every day staples like Grey Poupon mustard (25cents!@l), bags of nuts--all 25cents each. We had a full bag of brand name foods,everything 25cents. Walked out with tons of stuff.for less than $10. Will definitely return but allow for more than a half hour of shopping. Wanted to browse every single aisle but ran out of time. Good find!

It's the most unbelievable store to get cereal it's mindblowing how you can get name brand cereals for that cheap it's the only place to go to shop for food and definitely cereal they always have a HUGE selection of cereals you need to check it out if you have not been there make time you will be amazed and very happy you checked it out

You can’t beat it any day of the week!! Especially great if you have food allergies! My celiac kids are thrilled to get things they normally don’t get.Run don’t walk!!! There’s something for everyone. They even have clothes, cleaning stuff, makeup etc.

Didnt like it there. Every aisle I went to was the same. Could have been better. No fruits or veggies. Its more like a snack food place. Crushed cereal boxes...small chips...no drinks...no milk. I dunno I would not go there again. 99 cents store would be much better

Went here with my mother and was shocked that everything was a year or more expired. There was even moths flying around a bunch of stuff so bugs are probably laying eggs in some things. I would not recommend unfortunately! I hope they bring back the normal That’s Cheap here again.

this store is just okay. they have a lot of food here but must of it is way past it's expiration. you can definitely find some great deals with out a doubt . just have to go in the right days I suppose. if you haven't ever been , you gotta go at least once , that's for sure.

Was my first visit to the BidRL auction pickup at this location, I was picking up two invoices that I had won online. When I arrived, there were two employees behind the desk and one let me know that someone would help shortly. They both were on their phones. A third employee was walking around. After waiting for a while a fourth employee came by but the computer was having technical issues. Still waiting. Eventually the fourth employee went to retrieve the items while the other three were still not assisting or working. I received the items and came home, only to find that one of the items was the correct manufacturer but not the correct item. I drove 25 minutes to this location and wasn't worth the gas to go and have it exchanged. I've purchased from the BidRLs in Roseville, Citrus Heights, Sacramento, Elk Grove and others over the years and this was my worst experience at any of them. They need to up their game and be willing to help customers if they want them to return. I don't expect people to snap to attention and roll out a red carpet for me, but I don't think ignoring customers is a good business approach.

It's the falling prices of grocery! And though some food was expired the bins were few but fire! I got a raiders Christmas sweater. A Lil girls bat hoodie, a green dress to use as the base of my costume this year, I also got 8 different swim suits 5 of which randomly fit me igave the other 3 away. And that was .50 cent day!

Update: This store has now completely changed up the program.Now they are similar to Falling Prices, but only carry food items. Pretty strange. You can find some great deals sometimes, so it's worth having a look.When this Orangevale/Folsom location 1st opened it was great. Inventory was all priced and out on display. The manager was great. Not sure what changed but now there is stacks of unopened boxes everywhere. Half the stuff is not priced. Some items are actually overpriced, there is really not that great of deals anymore.

Go on Friday. Lots of food for 25 cents. Most items are past sell by date, but most packaged foods last a lot longer.
