You know, a business like this and guy like Bill are really, really hard to find. This man and his crew are pros, are so nice and priced so reasonably. My plate cracked and I had to give a speech the next day--called six dentists including my own--nope. They weren't interested, they weren't available, they would leave me without repairs for 2-3 days, and they would charge $350. As for how one is treated? Most dentists could learn a lot from Bill--no shaming, no humiliation, no looking down on anyone, no attitude, none of the "how could you get yourself in this situation" tsk-tsking that goes on in the dentist's office--none of the usual judgments one can sense even if never spoken in a dentist's office. From the moment I walked in, it was all about helping me. This place is Superior, and Bill is my new BFF! Casual but professional office, efficient and expert work. I'll be sending business their way!

This place was a life saver! My dentures cracked and I was far from home and would be for another week, after calling all over town and finding nothing within my price range, I found Oral Arts! I talked to Bill and he said come on down, I asked the price, he said $100.00! The cheapest I could find before was $199.00 and I would have to leave my dentures overnight. I rushed them right over to Bill, he said come back in 1hr. 20 min.. They were ready when I returned, handed over my $, popped my dentures in and I was ready for lunch. Fast, prompt, excellent work and reasonably priced! It's hard to imagine such a place exists in this fast paced corporate world, but it does. I can't stop smiling!!!

I am amazed there are no reviews for this company. If my experience is any indication of how they operate, I would unhesitatingly give them a 10 star rating. My upper denture cracked and I was desperate to get it fixed right away. I called two other companies who seemed disinterested in my problem and would not be able to see me right away. One piece had broken off and couldn't be used. I did a google search and found Oral Arts Dental Lab. I called and a very friendly pleasant voiced answered. When I told her what happened , I asked if they could see me right away to repair my denture while I waited. She said she would talk with Bill (the owner) who told her to have me come right in, which I did. This is a very professional group of technicians and all are very friendly and made me feel comfortable while I waited. Their price was more then reasonable and I recommend them highly. They are good people.
