Horrible service!! I have tried calling everyday, no answer. The main line just tells me I have to contact Ken and he never responds. I ordered a pair of joggers for my daughter and I get a note saying they are out and they replaced it with an "upgrade". Definitely NOT an upgrade and they didn't even refund me nor ask if I wanted this downgraded pair of pants that are not worth $40! What kind of business does that?!

I’m saddened Jostens have monopolized the High School graduation game. Ken has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, both in 2020’ when my son graduated, and now in 2023’ with my daughter. Lots of parents share this same view and if given the chance to work with another company for graduation attire and memorabilia, most would be more than happy to. Thank you to Ken, for making the most memorable time for our kids a frustrating experience.

I would not recommend this place. Customer service is horrible. I was 4 days late emailing a form for my son's graduation that was 2 months away. I asked politely to be added to the list. Never heard back. So I thought about asking again a month later, thinking maybe he had been added, and no he wasn't. Just not helpful or kind.

I agree with the last review Conor left l. There communication and customer service is very bad. Ken needs training on communication and customer service. Buy your ring elsewhere I am returning the ring I bought for my daughter it is cheaply made the designs are not noticeable and the size are smaller than regular rings the rings was not as stated or what we ordered . Not worth over 500.

I don't hand out bad reviews for no reason. Matter of fact, I've done quite a few reviews and this is only the 3rd one under 3 stars so I like to think I'm pretty fair. With that being said,Nobody in the entire world lacks communication the way Ken at Norcal Jackets does. I cannot speak on the jacket side of things which I believe his wife runs, but do yourselves a favor and either order directly from Jostens or find a different vendor for graduation or championship rings. These people go through a lot of process that's out of their control, but in no way shape or form do they feel obligated to communicate with customers. It's the worst communication I've ever experienced and I worked for the U.S Government for 7 years. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere, or be prepared to lean on the BBB to facilitate any form of response from these folks.

We had a great experience here. My son's jacket was good quality and exactly what he wanted. It arrived on schedule and we've been very happy with the customer service and product.

Poor service. Overpriced. Misrepresentation. The sign on the door says Josten's, but you are only getting Josten's products, not service. The Josten's Company does not have to back up Nor Cal service or work. I went though the Josten's corporate office and paid only $330.18. Nor Cal wanted $646.45 for the exact same thing. Nor Cal was unprofessional and rude. If you want a good product for half the price, contact
[email protected]. Look at all of Nor Cal's poor reviews and go somewhere else. In reply to Lori’s response, nothing I said was inaccurate. Lori’s comments, on the other hand, are completely inaccurate. Here is a detailed description of our experience with Lori. First, I had to email Lori to set up an appointment. She emailed me back with two appointment times. I responded the same day and she told me that time I wanted was already taken and that I should respond quicker. At the appointment, I walked up to the counter and said “Hello.” Instead of responding with a kind greeting, she asked, “Do you have an appointment?” She started asking questions and showed us options like a robot. She told us most people ‘go with the metallic thread,’ and encouraged us to get it. At no time, did she tell us pricing or that anything was an upgrade. We did not know the cost until the end. To top it off, we stood the whole appointment. I was shocked at the end to see what she wanted to charge us, but remained calm and courteous. I kindly told her that we would have to get back to her on the purchase. When I told my husband about the experience, he recommended I call Josten’s about the customer survive we received. When I talked to them, they agreed that we should have been told pricing and upgrades, we should have been allowed to sit and Lori should have been friendlier. I did not demand a thing. I did not ask for any compensation. Never at any point was I the angry, raving customer Lori paint me out to be. The kind man I spoke to offered me the $200, because he is a good business man. Lori, you can try to make me look bad by lying, but that is all it is. A lie. You refused my service because Josten’s forwarded my complaint to your husband. Truth hurt. I ended up going through an actual Josten’s rep and purchased the same exact jacket for half the cost… and without needing the $200 they offered. Turns out, it is a good thing I made that complaint. Now many of our friends are going through Sandy and paying half of what they would have paid you. They are very pleased with the service they received. You do misrepresent yourself. You even signed your email Josten's when you are not Josten's. There is a big difference between Josten's and Nor Cal.

So, I've been trying to contact the Rep who's handling all graduation Cap & Gowns...etc. My daughter only takes 3 classes at her High School and leaves by 11:00 in the morning. Apparently, the Rep came at lunch. Considering, I work there was no way I could get back to the school to make any purchases. I contacted the school to see if the Rep was still there and was told, no. I was then given a number and email address for Ken who is the Jostens Representative for my daughter's school. I had a few questions before i placed my order and Ken would either no reply back to my email or if he did, it was generic reply that had absolutely nothing to do with the questions I've asked. Not only do I need to order Cap & Gown, but my daughter wants a letterman jacket and a few extra items that, I planned on getting everything my daughter wanted. I still have yet for Ken to still answer my questions without robotic idiotic responses. Therefore, I will only be ordering my daughter's Cap & Gown from this less than professional business and I'll have everything made from a more professional and reputable company. I wish I didn't have to order anything from Jostens, PERIOD! I've even contacted the call center and they are of our help since it's on Ken to help the customers. If I can rate -10 I would. I don't know why school's pick the most unprofessional businesses to give business to. Instead of spending hundreds of $$$ here all they will be getting is $82.00 for the Cap & Gown. I'd definitely wouldn't recommend buying any class rings from them either from personal experience. Ken, if you're reading this. Be more professional and respond to messages and call when it comes to business responding with things that don't answer my questions, please do better otherwise, you're in the wrong occupation and be lazy isn't acceptable.

This place absolutely sucks. The quality of the material is the absolute worst. It feels like it is made out if paper. It is definitely over priced. Plus the customer service is terrible. They don't now what they are doing and are very rude. I would not recommend going to this place. The only reason they're still in business is because schools like them as a cheap option and trust me you get worst than what you pay for

My experience at Jostens was nothing but good. Costumer service was wonderful and the people who worked there were very patient and kind!

For a shop located in the small town of Orangevale, I'm shocked the customer service is so poor. A little kindness, goes a long way!

Highly recommend you not going here. They're highly disrespectful, won't give refunds back, terrible customer service and don't call or email back. I cancelled my order 3 months ago and they're still taking money out of my bank.

Still didn't get my refund (c'mon it's been almost 3 months). They are not answering their phone and email.

Awful customer service and they will not allow returns if purchased after December 15th. This just doesn't make sense as graduation is in June. Six months in advance for poor quality products??? Purchase at your own risk(:
