Our little one loves coming here, he has lots of fun with his friends. The teachers are great and Mrs Iona really works with us. Great little daycare.

I took my child here because he was not used to daycare yet and it was only a couple minutes away from my house. I was a little disappointed when I walked in as it is quite dingy and there is not a lot for the kids to do. I would not characterize this as a preschool, more like a daycare.There is one lady that is quite nice but I eventually realized the other is not. I went through a bad financial time just recently and had to pull my son out. Even though I was not under contract at the time the lady told me that I needed to give them two weeks of pay even though there would be no care taking place.I told her I simply did not have the money I just wanted to remove my son from care. She told me I could talk to the supervisor and gave me an email and a phone number. The email was apparently not correct because they did not get back to me for a week. I called the supervisor and he agreed (after refusing to pay) that he would waive the two weeks, yet they STILL charged me for the first week. I called him again AND went into the daycare to get the correct email. I tried again to get my money back and take my bank account information back, but she said they have no control over that. She tried to get me to leave, and they just tried to ignore me until I went away. It has been three weeks and I still have not received the money that they charged me for the first week. It seems like they are running a bit of a scam and also it's just not a great place to take your child. They have had a lot of staffing issues as well so you can expect to not have constant care, and anytime you are not able to bring your child in, they charge you anyway. Keep looking! There is a much better one down the street that is actually cheaper and much nicer.

Our little 2.5 year old LOVES this daycare. She has learned so much and the teachers are so caring and really work with the kids on learning and behaviors. Little one comes home happy and tired, thank you Iconic!

My 2 year old loves attending preschool at Iconic kids! This is her first experience and though the first week was hard on both of us, she quickly became to love it. Mrs. Danielle and Mrs. Iona really show their care for the children and are very hands on. Their soft tones really helped my daughter become more and more comfortable each day. I love hearing the stories at the end of the day! She is so excited to share how she used her imagination and built rockets, buses, or other means of transportation to take animals and friends on an adventure. Using her brain and coming up with ideas and strategies is such a learning experience. The center has cameras, a Keypad to enter main door, different rooms for certain ages, and a system that allows messaging, pictures, videos, and updates where you are kept informed of how your child's day is going. I encourage all the take a tour, watch the kids for 30 minutes and really get to see/feel the atmosphere. You won't regret it! Thank you Mrs. Danielle and Mrs. Iona!

My son has been attending Iconic for little over a yr... my experience with the staff old n new is that they treat my son with respect... they talk to him... take time to explain things when things go awry... they always acknowledged, compliment and encourage when things are going good... but most importantly they listen what he has to say and above all I appreciate that the most other than treating him like another human being rather than a child because children want to be treated like people too!.... and in my experience there has been a problem or two nothing major... regardless there is a solution that gets worked out in the best interest for everyone I do really love this place and the people that run it!SincerelyShauna

By the looks of the other reviews on this page I feel as though I cant bring my kids here, the owners response to negative reviews bother me, in what contract are you referring to were google or yelp would give you mu IP address,I haven't visited the school personally yet
