I didn't do so well this year... Half my return went to work uncle Sam, the other half went to the filling process. Not H & R blocks fault, one of my employer's didn't deduct enough.

My tax preparer is the sweetest and most comfortable person to be around. She has prepared my taxes for several years now, and everything has come out perfectly. She is organized and methodical and double checks everything for accuracy before moving on to the next page of computing. She is willing to stop and ask any question I have at any time during our session and makes sure I understand everything before moving on! I look forward to seeing her every year, knowing that everything will be ok and that I will have a pleasant experience.

They did an absolute great job. The reason why I switched back to h&r block is I had a very bad experience last year with Liberty tax. I highly recommend the lady that I had was very knowledgeable and gave great advice.
