  Dave came highly recommended by others and we had a great experience working with him on a refinance. He was extremely well organized and was great at anticipating any hiccups in advance. He also had access to the most competitive rates at the time. He had a very well established paperwork phase and the loan progressed/closed just as he described before we started. He was easily available any time we had a question (even on a weekend or after 5pm) and was present at the closing as our advocate.He did more than just process our loan effectively. I felt like he had our financial well being in mind throughout the entire process.
