Kelly greeted me as soon I stepped in the door, was knowledgeable and helped me right away. Nice change in staff recently. The older guys were always so grumpy and overwhelmed. This is the Fee Dr. location in Sacramento.

Since moving to Orangevale a few years ago, I've enjoyed shopping at Carquest Auto Parts more than other similar auto parts stores, here's why:(1) Super friendly staff. Other auto parts stores employees have frequently come off as arrogant or uninterested in helping me. Not so with Carquest. A smile and greeting after walking in the door is common, as well as an eagerness to help. On the rare occasion when they didn't have what I needed or were unable to help, they expressed their regret in a nice way and did what they could to be helpful regardless.(2) Rewards program. The rewards program is helpful not only for building points toward dollar credit rewards, but also toward Fuel discounts at gas stations. Every bit helps these days!(3) Loaner Tools: They have a vast assortment of loaner tools, from torque wrenches to ball joint tools. There's no need to buy (and store) tools that you'll use once or twice in your lifetime when you can rent them very easily.(4) The store is clean, organized, and easy to find stuff up front, while there is also a good assortment of stuff behind the counter which the staff is happy to help find for you.(5) Easy to use website – listing the full inventory of Carquest / Advance Auto parts. You can also call your local store in advance and request parts be ordered so you can come pick them up. Very useful!Well, I am happy with Carquest. Thank you for your great service now and hope to be able to work with you for years to come!

I’ve switched from other auto parts stores to carquest for my reliable parts. I had one faulty ignition coil issue that was resolved with no problems. Thanks Xian for all your help

Internet said they had part in stock drove 30 min to find out they didn't and don't do battery install even though they advertised it for that location .

I have been dealing with auto parts in rancho Cordova for 55 yrs but I just started going to Folsom Blvd and Mcgregor I have never been treated so well from the mgr/ a** mgr and all of there employees they give you straight scoop on prices and availability of parts . this store should be giver the congressional metal of honor they know what they are doing and they treat you with respect there are other stores on. Folsom ( aaa ) but you have to come back 2 or 3 time to get it right and they are not rude when they make a mistake all you have to do is take your vin number and lic plate number and yr of vech. they have a ranking of 99.9 in my view and I love it of getting part correct 1 st time and when a lady runs a parts house I have notice it very clean and organized . autozone should take a look they might learn something jr mack
