They saw me waiting and made the extra effort to finish faster (which I wasn’t expecting or needing, but truly appreciated that they paid attention to little details like that). “Incredible customer service. The back window in my F250 broke. They ordered all the parts for me and ready to install in less than a few days. I also had another piece of my roof that needed to be replaced. The rivet was behind the back glass so you could only fix when glass was out. They told me to get the piece from ford and they would fix it for me while glass was out. 10/10 all around. I will be using them for all my glass needs from now on.”

“My wife Deborah is in Carmichael caring for her brother who had a stroke. They had a very important medical appointment in Sacramento and the night before someone vandalized her car and broke her widow. The next day Eddie said he could order the glass and get her and her brother on the road to make their appointment. At the last minute the parts warehouse had a problem delivering the glass. Rather than not keeping his promise he drove to south Sacramento to pick up the glass and had it installed right on time for Deborah and her brother to make their appointment. I called here after a friend texted saying I should go here as I had been dealing with Safelite and it was annoying and took too long.
Greg told me he could repair my windshield that day. There was NO wait time as Greg started right when I showed up. It was interesting to watch glass be drilled into without cracking; entire appt lasted maybe 20 minutes and I was estatic to be in and out so quickly.
It was easier to just pay out of pocket than to deal with insurance and the companies they contract with so I definitely recommend coming here, plus you can literally get your car washed and oil changed all at the same time?.”
