What an amazing experience at Brake Masters. I knew my brakes were in bad shape, not only were they honest and kind, but they were respectful and reasonably priced. I will always take my vehicle here.

I came in to get my brakes done and the next day my brakes were squeaking louder than before I went in, and if I knew this was gonna be a problem, I would not have got service from this location. I’m very unsatisfied and disappointed when I took my car back in, there was nothing they could do about it which was interesting since you charged me $700 to make the problem worse.

Took my truck for an oil change and tire rotation - everything was great. Be sure to make an appointment beforehand - it's very easy to do on their website . Coupon on website made it a VERY good price, too! I will definitely be returning. Thank you!!!

Steve and Brian were great. They were able to get me in and out same day without an appointment. The cost was much lower compared with a Lexus dealership while maintaining the same quality of parts and service. I am very satisfied with my experience and my brakes feel great!

Ramon, the Manager here has provided me with absolutely exceptional customer service. I called him very upset because of the errors another shop made in repairing my vehicle. The other shop made me feel dismissed and Ramon cared and helped me find a resolution!
I truly appreciate Ramon's sincere effort to help me out. He went above and beyond and didn't have to do that - but for what he did, I would completely trust my other vehicles being repaired at his shop/by his team. Thanks, Ramon! I appreciate you and from being a divisional manager myself and a business owner also...I could only hope to have this type of representation for my company. You made a difference.

I just want to thank Ramon and his amazing team for truly helping me. I drove to numerous places to receive help for my car and I had a terrible experience, but I called Brakemasters in Orangvale and they were so understanding and helpful. Ramon worked with me financially and was supportive of getting my car fixed. I felt welcomed into the space and reassured that I was going to receive help no matter what. Thanks again!

Went in with my Infiniti QX56 that was having some odd gear slipping. Ramon was awesome. Quoted me $170 for the diagnosis. He had the car for half a day.
Got back to me and told me my radiator pH was off but nothing too serious. And my transmission fluid was a little darker than it should be.
He determined the issue with the slippage was actually due to a failing torque converter. Nothing to worry about. But I needed to replace it in the next year or so.
Did not try to sell me anything I did not need. Refreshingly honest. Oh, and ended up not charging me for the diagnosis. Very pleased. I will be going back to Ramon at Brakemasters for any future repairs.
