They caught a serious mistake my previous tax people made that had resulted in penalties and called the franchise tax board on my behalf, to sort out the mess. They got my taxes done quickly and charged me considerably less than they could have. I very much appreciate that they have a business office I can walk into, and ask questions directly. Too many businesses, these days have retreated to Exclusively online or over the phone practices. I have had other tax preparation businesses dodge my calls, which is more infuriating when there is no brick and mortar access point to walk into and speak to someone. “I needed a notary so I called JC Bookkeeping. I didn't need an appointment and was able to get in right away. Their fee was lower than everyone I called and they actually answered the phone. I know you can get notary done free at banks but you need an appointment and it's hard to get someone on the phone. Also, all the bank notaries I was able to contact said they don't notarize escrow documents so they were useless. The employees at JC Bookkeeping were friendly and professional and I would recommend them.”

“I couldn't file taxes for 4 years due to serious health issues. I finally am somewhat functional Now and I wanted to get my tax nightmare, awaiting me, started in getting it resolved. I had an extremely complicated situation and after 3 full days spent trying to get the information I needed to get started AND getting no information to help me, I reached out to Innovative Tax Solutions. They are my miracle! I spent a LONG time relaying my situation and they agreed that I would never be able to address and resolve my situation on my own. I paid a ridiculously low fee to Innovative Tax Solutions and signed the contract and power of attorney and they got to work. It would take 10 days for them to pull all my prior years tax documents from the IRS and review all the tax documents AND come up with a plan to help me. I was terrified to get their call because I knew I was "IRS" SCREWED! I got that call and waited to hear what I owed in back taxes, penalties, fines and god knows what else. I heard none of that, I heard his smile over the phone as I was informed that I was good, didn't owe a penny and wouldn't for any of the 4 years. Ok so, you need a miracle like I did? Go to Innovative Tax Solutions for yours, they gave me mine. There IS no one better, I promise! Thank you guys at Innovative Tax Solutions!”
