My parents have banked here for 45 years.Everyone here is especially helpful to them as they have gotten elderly. The entire staff has been wonderful to me, helping me after my Mom passed away and helping my Dad with all the loose ends that need taking care of. This is a great branch to do business at. They all seem like family to us.

This deserves a review for all Bank of America's, including their 800 number. ZERO stars if I could. I opened a new account (though I'm not a new customer). Set up direct deposit but it hasn't hit yet. Went to cash my check on 2/16 and they wouldn't cash it. Understandable, new account. Was told I had to deposit it and there would be a hold. Asked for them to call the bank on the check to verify funds, they wouldn't. That's a first. Went to Walmart to cash, they wouldn't do it. Went to a second location of Bank of America (Greenback) to see if they could help me. I asked to check if there was going to be a hold and how long. The woman at the counter told me yes but that it would be available on 2/17 (day after). She said that checks ALWAYS are available the next day. Hours later got a notification that my check was being held until 2/26. I have zero dollars, no food, no gas, and a medication that I have 3 days left on. Called the customer service line and let them know I am running out of my medication and no compassion there. Most important thing for me was that I have that medication. But no help. Closing this account just as fast as I opened it. I have worked at the same company for 11 1/2 years and have never had this problem with a check. I've worked for this company when I banked with Bank of America the first time and never had this problem. This is BS. If the person at the bank told me there was a possibility that I might get a notification later my check was being held, I would have just taken it to a check cashing place. I will file a complaint since it technically is an emergency. (This review is for both Kingswood and Greenback locations)

I give branch a thumbs up. So friendly and helpful All The Time!!! We even got strand there by smart ride,due to an power outages for our return to home. The staff/ banker, all stayed after the bank was closed to keep us safe inside to help put my disability, wheelchair spouse into my good nebor van upon her arrival.

The reviews on this bank are very accurate. The customer service is hit or miss. They seem to pay more attention to women especially if they are nice looking women. They give pre-feral treatment to these kids of people. Also people who are making large deposits. Just to get a question answered, you are looked at and talked to with attitude. B of A employees are terrible. I have been with B of A for over 45 years. I know I know, why do I stay with them. I stay because it's too much of a pain to set back up all my bill pay, accounting info for my small business. But I steer my kids away from B of A. They can Suck it!!!

A person came out and spent a lot of time and effort helping me when I walked in and needed assistance with banking and phone security. helped me feel a little safer about my banking. He helped me with my banking concerns, and I'm extremely appreciative. His name is Owmar, and I'm really grateful that he assisted me and carefully explained everything to me. I greatly appreciate it. amazing support.

I try to avoid going into this bank because of poor service and rude employees. Today I went to use the ATM but it was filthy and 2 people were either sleeping (or dead) in the ATM area. So I went to enter the bank, there was garbage all over the entry and a sign saying this back is temporarily closed. Really awful bank.

I went in and I needed help with security on my phone and banking and a guy came out and spent a good amount of time and energy helping me. Made me feel a little more secure with my banking. I am soo grateful he helped me with my banking needs. Owmar is his name, but I am soo happy he helped me and explained everything to me patiently. Thank you so much.. 11/17/21 was the date. Amazing help...

It would be nice if they went back to normal hours as these hours are very inconvenient! They close so early that it is impossible for a working person to get there before closing and they are closed on Saturdays now. Unfortunately this is my dad's bank and I have to do his banking. I have to take time off work just to go into the bank. Thank goodness my banking is not with them. My bank is open till 6 M-F and till noon on Sat as all banks should be. Very Frustrating, as well as bad customer service!! (Not talking about the employees as I have never been inside the bank)
