Unreal how honest these people are. They will turn away work as much as possible to keep people from paying for unnecessary expense. One of most trustworthy places in Northern CA that I've found.

Extremely rude, and aggressive to the point of being violent almost. Now my vehicle is damaged because of the owners lack of expertise, mindfulness and aggression. Do not waste your time here.

Worst experience ever. Parked here to enquire about auto services, and the owner came extremely aggressively to my vehicle banging out it telling me to leave and almost breaking windows and causing damage. They are disrespectful and need anger management classes.

My car wouldn’t start and when I put the key into the ignition the alarm would go on also. A day later I was able to start it. I asked Kenely if I could bring it over and they said yes even though I did not have an appointment.They checked every system in the car and because they are so professional they found the culprit - a bad battery in my key fob! They are brilliant and so helpful. The absolute best car repair shop in Sacramento. I have been there many times in the past 20 years and have always gotten the best service at fair prices. I was referred here by another shop, because very few shops do brake and Lamp Inspections these days. Auto Care by Kenely fortunately does! From the moment I first made contact, I spoke with David, and he was very professional and helpful. I booked an appointment, brought the car in, they did what I needed to do, and charged a very reasonable price. I plan on coming back with other vehicles that I need repairs and maintenance done on. It's a clean shop, they're efficient, professional, and look like they know what they're doing. Hard to find these days.Kudos! 5 Stars!!
