“I'm giving Ben at Green Appliances 5 gold stars. He provided outstanding service, and I would instantly recommend his establishment for those needing appliance repair. He also sells a vast array of used washers, dryers, fridges, microwaves, and I think ovens, too (not certain).The old Kenmore washer at my brother's house in Roseville stopped agitating after more than 25 years of services. I jumped on YouTube, like most of us, and determined that ultimately the gearbox needed repair. A new one would have cost nearly $300 from the local appliance parts center, and I would have had to install it myself. My visiting brother-in-law searched online for suitable repair services. He found Green Appliances and spoke to Ben the owner about our issues. Ben agreed that it was most likely a broken gearbox. If we could haul the washer to his shop in Orangeville, he's fix it for $150.I brought it over last Monday early afternoon, hoping that it would be done the following weekend. I called a couple hours later to verify, and Ben said it was already repaired! Though he was preparing to leave for the day, he kindly agreed to wait for me to pick it up.So I drove over that very minute and picked up our old washer, now given a new lease on life, thanks to Ben's handiwork. Not only did he repair and test it, but he also fixed another part that we had hanging on by duct tape. What's more, he also touched up a part the outer cover paint that had worn down over the decades. Both added value free of additional cost.Ben has been in business for 25 years. Our old Kenmore washer now works like a brand new machine, thanks to his decades of expert service. I am so grateful that we found him, and hope that others will call him up to find a knowledgeable show owner and efficient, fairly priced service for their ailing appliances. I am supremely confident that they will not be disappointed. Thank you, Ben, and cheers to you!”

“Doing an updated review for this particular store and location. I’m going to start off by saying to Make sure to check EVERYTHING. Including any “new” items the store will sell you needed for your equipment. The day we picked up our equipment and took it home, we didn’t realize that the bag for the electrical cord was open. When we came back to exchange it we were then told they would not accept it because it was open. Store employee went out of his way to put the blame on us saying we opened it and accusing me of doing so and then taping the bag up. (The bag is see thru we didn’t have to open it to notice that we needed a 3 prong instead of 4) . Point is the guy was basically making us out to be stupid, and liars. It’s a 40 dollar part not a big deal , but don’t accuse us of lying or trying to make us a fool. So make sure to check your everything before taking it home . They won’t take responsibility over there things .”

Based on prior reviews, we expected an outstanding outdoor kitchen from NCA Grills, but were frankly blown away by the incredible customer service and support we received. And we absolutely LOVE our new outdoor kitchen!Our experience began at the recent Sacramento Home Show, where we happened upon their pavilion. We had the good fortune of meeting Rose there, where she carefully listened to what we were interested in doing, and created a very nice schematic plan on the spot! Rose listened carefully to come up with something that fit exactly what we needed in the tight space we had available. From there, things continued to get better and better.Due to some special circumstances with difficult access to our yard, Gary made a special trip to our home and personally measured everything. In order to get the unit into our yard, he agreed to bring it in two separate pieces (base unit and countertop) and then completely assemble the unit and install the stacked stone in our backyard. This required two separate days of installation. Gary never said the word "NO" to anything we asked. He made changes we requested along the way, without any hesitation. And kindly did not charge us extra, as would normally be the case.We found pricing to be much better than we expected, and never felt nickeled and dimed in any way. We set a date for installation and Gary kept his word. The unit was delivered and installed by a team of professionals, including Gary himself, who came out to supervise the difficult access issue, and helped move the large kitchen himself, along with three of his team members.During the two days of installation, Gary came by numerous times to check on how things are going and responded immediately to any questions we had. When it was all finished, he came by one last time, and personally gave it a nice cleaning, including polishing the stainless steel! This is the owner of the company and shows how much he cares about his customers and places their satisfaction at the highest level of importance.Then Gary shocked us with a gift of a new Blaze Grill Cover, which we will install later today. The end result is beautiful and adds greatly to the look and appeal of our yard. We can't wait to use the new kitchen.NCA Grills is a family-owned business, well established in the Sacramento Area, and is a pleasure to work with, well beyond our expectations. “Cynthia is a wizard at finding an order when there is a typo in the system. Back story to this review: I had ordered a vanity, and brushed nickel faucet from the showroom for my customer, was told that it will be in, in about a week and half. The week and a half was up, and I had the day prior to find where in the world my vanity is, and they couldn't find it. The next day I popped in and Cynthia totally kicked butt, found the order in no time at all. And like that I was going on about my day. You rock Cynthia.”

“I love this home depot! I should have came by years ago and given good reviews because every time I come to the store, the staff are so wonderful. They not only helped me with carpeting in my home, but they also helped me with new counters in my kitchen. Today I decided to give a good review because of another exceptional employee named Philip. He was a young man who worked at the self check out section. (He looked Filipino and he had amazing tattoos). I just wanted to say that Phillip is a very, very professional and kind young man. “This probably the friendliest business I've ever dealt with. My microwave failed after a couple of years and I needed an estimate to send the repair costs to the extended warranty provider. It took a couple of day, but they gave me all the paperwork. It did not make sense to do the repair (a new microwave cost me almost as much), but if I needed to, I'd definitely do it there. “Only time I'll ever write a review. Purchased a washing machine during a move and the hose was damaged while moving. After going through a whole week and a half redeal trying to find a replacement hose, and being told by staff at Lowes to visit an external webiste which did not help, I revisited Lowes while I was about to give up and asked for and explained all the options I had exausted. Luckly I talked with their employee John in the appliances section and he was not only able to understand the frustration I was feeling about this part and the run a round I was getting, but was able to assist me in securing the part I needed. I really appreciate Jonh, dude did me a major solid and saved my night. I wish I was able to by him a beer, but instead I hope this review finds it's way to management so he can be recognized. Also, three of these stars are for John, one for all of the successful shopping I've done there, and I took one away for all the employees who told me to look somewhere else.”

I encourage all Veterans and those who support them to Shop Lowes and show your support for businesses that do what they say without subterfuge. Lowes has far better customer service and carries significantly better quality products in their stores so you can't go wrong shopping there. “So I already left review for this location a few years back but I stand by my 100% review. The people in self checkout are so diligent (sorry thieves) and assisted helping me with items without barcode. A lovely young woman by the name of Kyra left her normal post to assist me load car since loaders were backed up. I have lung cancer and get winded easy and hate asking for help but I didn't have to. She pushed my cart loaded my car and refused to take a cash tip so I feel I at least owe calling her out by name as I totally dumped my troubles on this poor young girl and she listened and actually cared. I can't say enouhh to about this location. I've been to most of the Home Depot's in the area and this one by far is best which is why I drive out of my way to shop exclusively here instead of one by my house”

“I took my Pfaff serger in for servicing that another company couldn't fix. Upon my arrival, the owner took my machine and inspected it and told me exactly what was wrong with it. It only took a few days and I got my machine back fixed and cleaned. After I got home, I tried my machine. Well it didn't work for me. So I contacted the owner and brought it back in. He was very nice and showed me from scratch how to thread my machine (sergers are difficult to thread). Well clearly the things I was doing were wrong. He showed me step by step how to do it. He serged on a piece of fabric and it was beautiful. I took it home and followed his instructions to change the color thread. It serged beautifully! The owner made me feel confident that I could bring it in anytime if I had issues and he would help me to thread it or whatever problem I was having. I give four stars only because the service was a little pricey. But I am a happy customer!”
