RUDE and INCOMPETENT!!! XPO Logistics proposed to drop my freight on the side of the freeway because it was not convenient for them to deliver at my address. Then, the driver wanted me to wait with a forklift on the side of the freeway, but was unwilling to wait 10 minutes for me to unload! This company is abusive and condescending to its customers. They deserve to go bankrupt!

This is THE WORST company in all category. I've been on hold with them for HOURS, only to be hung up on. They brought me damaged item I bought through Costco. Then they would not haul away my old appliance as they should have. They had the nerve to tell me that they would haul away old appliance as a favor if I paid them on the side.They have no regard for your schedule and I have no idea why Costco and Samsung uses them.The negative posting should also be posted in their HQ address.This company, negative thousand stars all the way

Worst Carrier I deal with....They have canceled my pick up twice now without any warning - today is day (7) from my original pick up request - pick up times are set from 6:30 - 4:30Instead of advising that the truck may be full or won't make the pickup time they just cancel.. If I don't call to follow up then I am waiting for a driver that won't be showing up. They always claim to dispatch a dedicated driver to complete the pick up but they never arrive. I Just got off the phone with a dispatcher and they claim that a driver will show up today... This is the LAST time I will use XPO if the driver fails again. I am going to give all my business to Old Dominion

One of if not the worst companies i have ever dealt with. How is it possible in today's world to lose not 1 but 2 20,000 $$ packages with no accountability. Not a single contact within the company could care less.

This is the worst experience that I've ever had with a trucking companyI used them for the first time few weeks ago, they promised four hours window, no-show second day they showed up with no left gate third day 4 hours lateMy supplier made the second mistake by shipping 4000 LB shipment today I've been waiting for five hours and I called the supervisor Patricia In San Jose and I asked her where is my shipment. she said it's sitting here in front of me waiting for a driverShe said if you don't want to wait you can come and pick them up,I told her you want me to come up pick up 4000 Lb shipment I'm just reading what other people talking about this company I don't think they're going to last much longer in business,

This experience has been quite frustrating. We've been on the hunt for an adjustable bed for my mom, who's dealing with some health issues still being sorted out with her doctor (keeping our fingers crossed for positive CT scan results expected soon). Finally, on August 26th, we found one that fit our budget and placed an order.I've never experienced such fluctuating delivery times for a freight order before. Initially, it was supposed to arrive within a few days, but it kept getting delayed. They claimed to have tried contacting us, but there were no missed calls or voicemails.The last straw came on August 31st when we were informed that the delivery would take place on September 1st between 8 AM and 8 PM, and the tracking showed that the bed was just an hour away from my mom's house. We adjusted our schedules and plans accordingly, only to discover on Amazon that morning that the delivery date had been changed to September 11th--a whopping 10-day delay!Unfortunately, Amazon couldn't cancel the package because it had already been sent. My sister reached out to XPO, who offered a delivery date of the 7th, which upset my mom even more. All she wants is a good night's sleep.I eventually called them myself and requested a complete cancellation of the delivery on their end so that we could get a refund and purchase another bed from a different vendor.To be fair, I was not nice when I called, but they had made my mom cry.

I found staff to be courteous and helpful on my deliver from Ohio to South Florida. I'd give them 5 stars but there was no liftgate truck to deliver package to my residence due to being backed up from hurricane Idalia.

I paid about $1000 for a combo washer/dryer at Lowe's, which had additional fees for installation. I desperately needed it because my washer was shot and too expensive to fix. The delivery people showed up and insisted that I shut off the plumbing for them. I live in an HOA where everyone is linked to the same plumbing system, which I dont have access to. They will do it with advance notice. That's only necessary if major plumbing work is done. Shutting off would mean the whole building would be temporarily with no water and unable to take showers to use their toilets. I've bought washers from small appliance stores several times, and they just hook it up. The dryer takes little effort to install. He suggested just leaving the washer with us in the box, but I didnt like that. I would have to get someone else to do it, or try to figure it out myself. I've attempted to send online complaints to XPO and call customer service, but I get put on hold or dont hear back.
