We recently sold my mother's car. It was a Toy Rav in great condition. Wilson came to our home, evaluated car and made us a great offer. We might have gotten a hair more selling it ourselves but it was more than worth it to forgo that whole process. With Wilson it was easy, convenient and profitable. I will use them again in the future.

Had the worst experience at Mazda of Orange. A bunch of Incompetent Liars! I have had issues with them for 3 months since purchasing my car and they never return phone calls. I had to get Chase Financial to help me to even partially get the issue resolved. Because of the issue I have suffered a credit hit.

I had the most awesome experience at Wilson Automotive this week. After paying taxes, buying a vehicle might just be the most painful thing to do. But the people at Wilson Automotive not only made it painless but a pleasure. It was actually enjoyable to buy a car! They treated me like royalty from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone I met with was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, professional and patient. Never once did I feel any pressure. I would without question purchase another vehicle from Wilson Automotive. I cannot recommend them any higher; I would send my family and friends to them. Thanks again, Wilson Automotive!

I couldn't be more happy with the purchase of my new F150 pick up. Bill Mansfield is the best customer service guy. The sale went smoothly, they even provided a tech to walk me through my new truck's operation and features. The truck was delivered spotlessly clean and came with full tank of fuel. Wilson Automotive Group and Ford of Orange rocks!!!

I took my 2015 Ford Super duty crew cab 4x4 in for a general service that consisted of an oil/oil filter change, inspection, and tire rotation. When I got my tuck home, I realized they did not rotate the tires on one side of my truck. It appears they never removed those tires. I am not certain how they completed an inspection without removing the tires? I took it back and the attempted to put it on a small vehicle rack. My truck was leaning, and the rack was about to bend my running boards. When I brought this to their service manager, George Glover's attention, he could care less and notified me that they do not have the proper rack to service my truck. I am not sure how you can sell a vehicle and then offer to service it with improper equipment. I immediately told them to halt the work. There has been no resolve thus far as no one at ford of orange cares. Beware of their service practices. Especially if you have a large truck.
