I'm not a fan of Wells Fargo overall, but thanks to the manager at this branch (Jessica) I am a fan of this location. She went above and beyond in determining that an auto lease payoff I made had in fact been received despite the car company's insistence to the contrary. If I move to another bank it will be because of online issues, not the personnel at this branch.

We had a recent issue with online banking from our car company. The branch manager went out of her way to personally make sure that our transaction was timely and she personally verified it with the receiving branch bank. If there are people in line for a teller, she steps up to the window and does help the tellers and customers. I've always felt that the help here was kind and pleasant, and always had a smile when helping you. Banks are a business, and from some of the reviews posted, I'm glad that this location has strict guidelines for safety.

Went in at 4:00 pm after work. We are moving cross country and wanted to accounts for two different people, two accounts each. We were told that it was too late because it took ONE HOUR to open ONE ACCOUNT. Really? My credit union did it in less than half an hour. They obviously don't care if they have customers, will be going to another national bank tomorrow that can give actual service.

I have lived in the area for 20 years and use the ATM at this location. on 10/25 I went to the ATM, got $1000 in $50 bills and went into the branch to get $100 bills like I have every week or two for years. After waiting for 5 minutes (only 1 teller), the Service Manager (what a joke) Jesse Rodriguez, came over and asked me - "What is your business at the bank today." Not good afternoon or welcome or how can I help you. I told him I wanted to change out ATM $50s for $100s and he told me that for the safety and security of the Wells Fargo employees and their customers that they are only allowed to give $20 in change per day. When I questioned the policy since I have been doing it for years without a problem and how was this a security issue, he was RUDE and DISMISSIVE and offered ZERO customer service - Great service manager. AVOID THIS BRANCH IF YOU CAN!

Wells Fargo Chapman and Jamboree: Staff: Very Friendly, Super Helpful, Lightning Service, No Small Talk Speed: Definitely One of the Faster WF's I've been to. Teller Windows are always Open and Ready to assist Customers. Location: Easily-Accessible Location in a Small Parking Complex. Not too busy, even on Weekends. Overall, I recommend this place and it's staff.

This branch is a joke. I would say that their costumer service is terrible but I can't even get any because I don't have a bank. The staff is completely useless and have no aims at getting any better.

Place is nice and no lines because of the location. Always willing to take my money and they treat Latinos with respect. One time they gave me a glass of water while waiting in line, even though the wait in line was close to nothing.

Not much to say, it's a decent bank. ATM machines aren't down that often and it's in a pretty good location albeit the entrance on Irvine is a little tight. From the experiences I've had on the inside as an account owner, the people are really friendly and helpful. Yes, they do accept rolls of coins at the window when you enter which I love because I heard they stopped a while back.
