Very bad experience with this branch. The lady who try to help us try to convince us to investing with the her and tell us the fund that we want to investment is a scam. Well we will believe her if she's not try to selling per product. So unprofessional

Came in on Saturday to open a checking account. Looked around to find someone to help me, finally saw someone with a name tag, they told me I have to make an appointment, I said okay. He told me they're all booked up today, but no one was working! He also said I could do it online, I asked how that works if I have to have $25 min to open the account and if I don't have $500 daily min then I get charged $10 fee. He said he's not sure but I'd still have to make an appointment. Not helpful at all. Bad service. Only two tellers plus the guy in a suit I spoke to, and a very long line of customers waiting.

Line is always long and each transaction takes forever at this branch. The female manager at this branch is a stuck up rude snob who's not accommodating at all. I can walk into any other branch and withdraw thousands of dollars in change. This branch needs to "accommodate their business accounts first" basically people with personal accounts are not good enough for their precious change. You close in 20 minutes and it's Saturday. Pretty sure you can compromise with more than just $100 in single dollar bills. Your just too lazy and stuck up to grab it out of the vault. I've been a Wells Fargo customer since 1996. I think it's time to start considering other banks for my financial needs.

I tried to withdraw a non-insignificant sum of money from the right ATM here in mid-Oct. The ATM jammed for me and also the person after me (who knows how many others). I never got my money but the ATM said I did and the amount was deducted it from my balance. I’ve been up and down and all around to various corporate complaints office and all have claimed everything was fine … we are not giving your money back. I’ve requested that they look at the videos of my transaction and the person after me and they refused to do so. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect by any other business esp one where I have been a steady customer for 30 years!

Had a great experience here. Branch is clean and nice and big inside. Staff is professional. Wells Fargo is much better than Chase.

Very rude customer service as I was opening the door to walk in the bank the lady grabbed it and locked and it and said sorry we are closed and it was before 5pm I guess they are in such a hurry to leave they lock doors early.

It is the usual Wells Fargo bank; entering the parking lot from the street you often have to bypass the long line of cars going to the restaurants' drive-through.

It's a good thing we (my wife) only needed to make a cash deposit; you could not go inside for any reason. Also, the road leading in was packed with cars going to the fast food restaurant next door.

Disrespectful....I will never return....worse customer service in orange county....dont bank with these people.....playing with peoples money and emotions. Just tried breaking the $100 bill I got.....its fake. Or at least that's what's the store is telling me...

Just wondering what bank takes up 60 parking spaces and marks them bank only when surrounded by two restaurants that have maybe 15-20 parking spots each. All are located in the same parking lot. Wells Fargo lost my business years ago during the breach and ridiculous fees and never will again, especially after this stunt.
