worse service first I make an appointment In the one in orange it gets cancelled I get transferred to the one in Chapman i bring in the documents request teller informs me that its not good enough even tho I have had a account with this bank before but to go do it online that on there I can do it so why would I waste my time coming into the bank driving around for this type of service Brenda did not even try to get a second opinion i asked her why would I be able to do it online and not here this is why I had made an appointment ! worse service ever

Not good customer service. I know you close at 7 but your delivery of "miss, we're already closed" needs to be worked on. How about an "I'm sorry..." right at the beginning or end of that sentence. That would've helped. You could have also put up the barrier that would've indicated to me that it was closed as well. They were already helping one man and I'm obviously getting off work myself. Just rude and inconsiderate. This is exactly why I should've gone to the one I usually go to in Newport Beach at 5 Corporate Plaza, where they offer the best customer service. These people here at the Wells Fargo inside Stater Bros (that says it all) need to take some lessons from the NB employees.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Deidre Alatore on a personal auto loan. She was professional, informative, and quick to get my loan processed. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes. Although, the loan didn't result in my favor due to circumstances out of Deidre's control - she went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered. Don't go to this one unless you want everyone around you knowing what your available balance is... I didn't have my debit card on hand so I deposited a check inside. After asking a million questions as to where my debit card was and why I didn't have it the teller handed me my receipt and proceeded to LOUDLY announced my available balance without me asking what it was. I can read a receipt perfectly fine and I have online banking. The lack of respect for client privacy was both astonishing and infuriating.

Cecelia and Josh were amazing.... I love banking with Wells fargo.... Great customer service... Friendly. I got off from work at 6:30 and need to withdram money more than an ATM limit... They were open... I drove all the up there. And told them my story and cecelia and josh both tried to help me find one close to where i live. So next time i dont have to drive up here.... Thank u
