Very bad experience with this branch. The lady who try to help us try to convince us to investing with the her and tell us the fund that we want to investment is a scam. Well we will believe her if she's not try to selling per product. So unprofessional

Came in on Saturday to open a checking account. Looked around to find someone to help me, finally saw someone with a name tag, they told me I have to make an appointment, I said okay. He told me they're all booked up today, but no one was working! He also said I could do it online, I asked how that works if I have to have $25 min to open the account and if I don't have $500 daily min then I get charged $10 fee. He said he's not sure but I'd still have to make an appointment. Not helpful at all. Bad service. Only two tellers plus the guy in a suit I spoke to, and a very long line of customers waiting.

Line is always long and each transaction takes forever at this branch. The female manager at this branch is a stuck up rude snob who's not accommodating at all. I can walk into any other branch and withdraw thousands of dollars in change. This branch needs to "accommodate their business accounts first" basically people with personal accounts are not good enough for their precious change. You close in 20 minutes and it's Saturday. Pretty sure you can compromise with more than just $100 in single dollar bills. Your just too lazy and stuck up to grab it out of the vault. I've been a Wells Fargo customer since 1996. I think it's time to start considering other banks for my financial needs.

Just wondering what bank takes up 60 parking spaces and marks them bank only when surrounded by two restaurants that have maybe 15-20 parking spots each. All are located in the same parking lot. Wells Fargo lost my business years ago during the breach and ridiculous fees and never will again, especially after this stunt.

If you want to waist your lunch hour waiting for service but never get it or if you like being stuck in the parking lot because of the gridlock created by the Chick Fil A drive through then go here

They dont care about people and specially if they sick of cancer and if any happen to my dad they for sure blame them and being waiting for a while and 6 people skip before him and he still waiting here and I am so glad I dont have these bank and I will never recommend these bank to nobody

The staff is great, it's just opening a business account for small business is a headache due to their corporate structure and policy. It's very disappointing that to open a credit card I would need to start with a secured credit card even though my personal credit is great. Also, when you cancel within 5 business days they don't refund you the annual fee of $25 plus they will not return my money until 30-40 business days (2 months). They are just holding my investment money which shows they don't support small businesses. I do not recommend opening a business account here bc of the trouble and inconveniences.

I never have to wait in the line for long when I get my transactions done here. The staff is comprised of neat professionals. I lost my debit card; got it replaced; wanted to keep my old debit card number because all my food delivery accounts are synced and saved with it (PSN, most importantly); Zaid Diaz offered me to report it damaged instead and I will be able to keep the old number. I agreed fully. Boom! I don't know much about banking, but to me he was my problem solver for the day. Thanks Mr. Diaz. (read his name carefully). God bless. #JLJ
