This is for the walk-up ATM only. If you are going to an Angels game, or anything at Anaheim stadium and need soem quick cash, this location is just across the street. They have a parking lot with plenty of spaces and two nice ATM machines, which are located on the side of the building opposite the stadium. Clean machines, and a quick easy transaction.

This branch is a joke. Just needed to close out a $0 account and there's 5 people working here and for some reason no one can help me and asked to wait wait wait it's been 15 minutes and tellers are just doing nothing. What the absolute heck...

Their customer service is a joke. My problem was elevated to a higher level and the person did the bare minimal to help and I never heard from the people that were supposed to follow up. I will probably leave them and go to another bank.

I forgot my wallet at my house which is an hour away and needed to pull cash to get me through the day. Teller said I can't since I don't have an ID and turned me away. Called the Santa Ana branch and they walked me through how to use the bank app to setup a wallet and pull cash out via phone. Why wasn't the teller in Orange helpful, but instead demanding?

So let me tell you about the EX-cellent customer service I received today visiting the Wells Fargo branch on State College near my job. I waited a short wait bc not many customers then I proceeded to make a deposit on my business account while doing that I thought I would ask about Zelle for businesses. Eileen was so nice and explained how to get all set up on Zelle with the mobile app. Then I asked to change my e-mail on file to a more professional email. She had no problem making all of my transactions smooth she even offered to call in to get my business account added to the app. Even though I thought she might get busy and forget I was pleasantly surprised she called me about an hour later to say I was all set up for Zelle on my business account. I appreciate the above and beyond Eileen and this might be my future branch! Thank you!!!

How do you not have any brokers available? Just left this location because NO brokers were available to help a deposit into my business brokerage account. Priority client waiting 20 minutes in brokerage area with no help.

I've been a good customer at this branch for almost 10 years, I've never been overdrawn, never bounced a check and have a great credit score in the 700's Due to this corona virus my business was failing so I applied for and was granted a loan from the SBA to help me through this very difficult time. The money was deposited into my account yesterday so I arrived at 9:am eager to withdraw $2000 to pay off a past due credit card and even though I had $2000 in my account the teller,Bre Evans called her manager, Elvira Flores who I've seen for many years there. They told me that they would have to call and verify that the SBA really authorized the $25,000 loan. I said "why?, I already have $2000 in my account that has nothing to do with the loan".so give me my $2000 so I can go pay my bills. Quit wasting my time because my handicapped brother is waiting in the car. Those dumbasses kept me waiting for over 45 minutes to verify that the SBA really and truly directly deposited that money. Now I don't understand why they thought I was someone to interrogate. Because the manager started asking me all kinds of questions about my business and what kind of work I did and the name etc. I was f-ing pissed . My app on my phone said available funds was over $27,000. Why after 10 f-ing years will you interrogate me and refuse to hand me my money making me and my disability blind brother wait 45 minutes for your suspicions?. After they knew how I felt about being scrutinized I demanded the entire $27,000 in cash and closed my account. I then remembered how Wells Fargo treated me when I needed a personal loan. They were quick to hand it over but the $3000 I borrowed would have cost me nearly $6000 in repayment. Im so glad I borrowed from the OCCU as quick as I could just to give Wells Fargo back the $3000 they so eagerly wanted to loan me. The Orange County Credit Union (OCCU) is the only place that has ever helped me during this epidemic they never trick or gouge me or scrutinize or question any of my large deposits. I told you as-oles at Wells Fargo that I would Yelp from the rooftops about how after 10 years of a perfect Banking record you have the nerve and unmitigated gall to make me wait 45 minutes and not handing over MY MONEY. You can kiss my you know what. WELLS FARGO. and your manager.

Upon entering the store with my shirt pulled up over my nose because I did not have a mask, I was told by two different employees that it was perfectly fine to cover my face that way, when I was called a terrorist by another employee and told to "get the F out" This branch needs a serious smack from HR. Deplorable.

I work near this Wells Fargo and try to avoid it for the most part but when I have to go inside then I do either way. I dislike this branch because the tellers are usually messing up in particular one gentlemen with glasses. The other reason why is because the times Elena ( short Hispanic teller and the end) when she assists me she talks to me with an attitude and today I tried depositing coin I had laying around so i rolled it up which one roll was short so extra change i had loose she used to fill the roll. I had one figure and she had another one she was 3 $ short . I even broke it down ,then she starts to count back the money to me so slow as if i'm retarded or something. when she smirked at another coworker i told her she shouldn't be doing that as i also work with customer service and she should have her individual attention to the customer she smirked again and was about to make a comment and called the a.m the a.m came over i explained how this Elena teller was rude and the teller still have the nerve to walk away. SHE DEFINITELY needs retraining on the modules or in person or some type of coaching!

Bad waiting time if you need to see a banker, 6 people behind the window and online at service with accounts. After 8-10 minutes a banker came out to help a person in front of me. So after 25-35 minutes was my turn.

The manager there is terrible. I tried to cash my company check there and they asked me for 2 forms of ID and I provided my DL and SSC but that was unacceptable because I had tape on my SSC
