It is located in the Historic Orange Circle. Pleasantly next to Starbucks. I met William, the owner several years back, and he and his staff are the authority in their industry. This store has a great selection of watches, jewelry and art. His staff also deals in high-end designer bags. I go here for all my jewelry repair needs and go nowhere else. I appreciate the great selection of beautiful art decco pieces, the majority being piece unique. If you are looking for quality gift ideas or investment pieces, Watch and Wares is your go-to boutique.

I’m deeply saddened by the work they did on my Dads watch. It was a Rolex gifted by my mother that passed away when I was 16. She gifted him a Rolex that was engraved with a quote about her love for him…. My dad took his watch in to get cleaned because something needed it on the inside. When he got the watch back they buffed out all of the engraving my mother had put on the watch. I’m devastated. That was a symbol of my moms love for my dad and it’s gone forever. WHO WOULD BUFF OUT A CUTOM ENGRAVING ON A ROLLEX?! And they still charged my dad for it. My heart is broken.

I recently came in for watch repair and the treatment I received was great. William was surprisingly fast and watch is better than ever! Highly recommend. Best watch repair I've been to hands down! Shop had an array of really nice vintage watches as well.

Sami had great insight on gems and precious metals. He made us feel incredible comfortable and gave us knowledgeable recommendations. My favorite piece was an amber ring, which I found very unique compared to other stores. I highly recommend going here and even just taking a look.

My fiancé and I designed her engagement ring her and they did an excellent job finding the right design within budget and accommodating the changes needed. Really didn't want to write this review because they are a small business and have such positive reviews but my experience was HORRIBLE. We were looking to sell an Hermes Birkin bag and their website says that they buy them so we called and were told that we had to submit a form through their website to set up an appointment. We went to their website (which is terrible and not well formatted), we filled out the form and waited. A few days went by and we heard nothing, didn't get a confirmation email from their form, and so I decided to reach out. A girl picked up the phone and was very polite and confirmed that they got the form but that they were backed up and were currently appointment only. That they were short staffed because of COVID and hadn't hired new people (not really sure that is a viable excuse anymore at this point), but that someone would get back to us by that coming Saturday (about 3 days from when I called). Saturday came and went, no call. I called again on Monday to ask again if they would be getting back to me and the same girl apologized again and said yes and I verified that even if they weren't interested that they would give me a call and she confirmed. It has been almost 3 weeks and they haven't called or emailed. It is incredibly unprofessional and really terrible customer service. If you aren't getting forms from your website or proper notifications get a new CRM/ERP software, especially if you are going to rely on it and force people to use it when they call you.

I brought an antique turquoise and silver ring from my mom here to be resized (it had been crushed and wasnt even circular anymore). I don't even know if the ring is worth anything but I love it and wanted to be able to wear it because it means a lot to me. This was the third shop I had brought the ring to -- the other two places told me they couldn't fix it. They said the process would damage it further. I was treated very kindly at Watch & Wares. The gentlemen I gave my ring to was welcoming and confident he could fix my ring without damaging it and he was right. In fact, when I told him what they other shops said, he responded with something along the lines of, "Well, I'm sure they honestly didn't know how to fix it, but we sure do!" It turned out beautifully! I was very pleased and it gives me confidence to bring in other old pieces that I want to be able to wear.

This is the only place I take my watches for servicing. I recently took my 1967 Omega 120 to Watches & Wares to have the bezel soldered because it had a fracture. They went above and beyond! The bezel never rotated since I bought the watch. I was pleasantly surprised that now it does rotate. Thank you!
