Wife has her medications filled here. Wife informs me her meds are ready for pickup so I go to the drive thru. Keep in mind the pharmacy called her. Ok I give the clerk the information, the phone and speaker they use is from 1980 and you cannot understand her, she looks it up, 5 minutes pass, she asks another person for help. 5 minutes pass as they stare at the computer screen and then inform me " we have to call the dr's office for a refill' Ok, you called us, keep that in mind. two weeks pass. Wife says ,oh yeah, the pharmacy called can we pick up my prescription. We drive to the window, ground hog day, lady cannot hear me, I cannot hear her she can't find it on the computer, two people come over to discus with her. She finally said "can you come back in 20 minutes'? I ask her, why did you call to say it was ready when it is not. We leave, drive to Albertson's pharmacy, explain the situation and they will transfer the prescriptions to their pharmacy. You decide.

I usually avoid chains but Dr sent it here. I did not receive a notification when my order ready. The staff was very pleasant to customers, friendly and professional.

I recently visited this location and had the worst customer experience by an associate named Carlos P. I had gone to pick up some pictures at this location and was informed as soon as I got there that the photo area was closed, this was around 9pm. Carlos informed me that we were closed and we could get our photos tomorrow. We had already received confirmation our order was ready but took Carlos's word and left. We had a feeling they were done because of the confirmation and wanted to double we're church. when we were on our way out we asked to confirm if they were done or not, and Carlos had the worst attitude I have experienced at this location. He went over to the photo printer and said "phone number" "phone number!" We have him our number and he said "oh, I guess someone did print it out" he then rolled his eyes and rang up the photos at the cash register. I could go on about other things he had done but I'll stop here. I would like Walgreens to reach out so I can elevate this concern to higher management. I would not like anyone else to go through this same experience.

Great pharmacy. It's opened 24 hours a day, everyday. It can be a little slow depending on how many customers and how many staff. They are helpful and friendly. They offer vaccines and COVID testing too. The store has a lot of great items you may need too.

Like this store for most of my family's health needs. Day or night Walgreens is our go to spot for medicine or other health needs. Staff can be short at times, but always helpful.

I've been a customer of this Walgreens Pharmacy for about 10 yrs and have found some the staff to be very professional and who want to help. I've seen a lot of turnover with this pharmacy staff and It's sad the best ones don't seem to stick around that long. There currently is a young lady who goes above and beyond for her customers. Her personality is a breath of fresh air and she's someone who truly wants to help. I also see some who don't have good customer skills and seem not to want to be there. I rarely have any problem with getting my medication and if I do it's because it simply needs to be renewed. The pharmacy and the store is clean with everything neatly sitting on the shelves. Everything is easy to find and if I do need help with something, finding staff isn't an issue like at Home Depot.

Just a warn n I went to go get a pcr test for a concert on Friday went in on Wednesday still did not get results back n time for Friday go to another Walgreens my family members went to other Walgreens they got it back within 2 days. Heads up still don't have the pcr test back and it's Saturday

My 90 y/o mom has been trying to call the pharmacy and is put on incessantly. No one ever answers her calls. She is very frustrated.

Dislocation definitely gets five stars for me! The people that work at the pharmacy at Walgreens or so kind and so nice. They always treat my daughter so nicely every time she comes in. My daughter is only seven years old and we tried to teach her to be a little more responsible so we allow her to watch the counter and get her medicine by herself. Of course we were standing close by but we try to give her the autonomy to start talking to people to make her feel more comfortable. And every time she talk to the staff at this pharmacy they are always so nice to her and they always treated like an adult which we definitely appreciate. They even gave her extra Band-Aids and any extra wrap that she may need every time she asked for and they don't have to do that because typically they charge for those items. But they give them to my daughter for free and we always appreciate that always appreciate that

Costumer service really sucks. I'm on The drive tru and she just ignore me there for 15 mins. She saw me already and continue to ignore me. Linh is the pharma tech there and didn't even say Pls wait were bussy right now. I decided to walked in since she just ignore me on drive tru to pick up my daughter's Medication. I went inside and there' s another car that she helped right away really!!! I asked her if she saw me, she ignore my question, we're bussy she said, did she apologize?! I didn't hear it, so for me no, so I keep talking I was in that car and you didn't even helped me. And she continue to ignore what I'm saying she knows I was there waiting. You need reorient your costumer service Linh or Linh pharma tech. You just wasted my 15 mins time.

I recently came to this Walgreens for my COVID vaccination. Everyone behind the counter was super pleasant, and getting my vaccine shot could not have been any easier. Thank you Walgreens crew!
