I was just in there a little while ago and the store employees and manager were great...they had a guy in line that opened a case of beer and started drinking it inside the store. They asked him not to do what he was doing and he gave the lady working the register a real hard time then he walked out. The employees did a great job at handling the jerk (he was obviously drunk) REALLY DRUNK...then a customer had walked out and the guy that was being obnoxious was in front of the store still drinking and the sober customer said to the drunk guy "hey man just take off , the cops are probably on the way and you don't need to get arrested for something so lame". The intoxicated guy started threatening the sober customer even going as far as saying ...
"I don't give a F-word. I'll knock you out ...I'll just F-word shoot you"
The intoxicated guy says this at least 3 or 4 times. I myself didn't know what the intoxicated guy was capable of doing. So the police show up and both intoxicated and sober customer remained at the store knowing the cops were eventually called. Get this ...the intoxicated guy literally tells the cops he wants to press charges on the sober customer. The sober customer almost went to jail. The ONLY reason the sober customer didn't get arrested was Because the sober guy got a choice and that was he can also press charges. But it sucked Because the sober guy just didn't want the intoxicated customer (we'll call him a shoplifter not a customer) to come back to bother the employees that work the night shift.
When everything was all said and done i was watching the sober customer talk
to the police officers and everything was fine then all of a sudden ..there was one officer .... he had a K-9 vest and a mustache..blondish hair a little bit of a " a "Baby Huey" look to him and started giving the sober customer kind of a rough time. Definitely started to increase the emotions of the sober customer and not in a positive way. I'd get mad too if I was in the sober customers shoes. The other officers didn't even side with the Baby Huey officer. I think they knew the goofy looking officer was in wrong.
The sober guy finally started waking off and he did end up telling the rude officer to shut up and he was dumb & the officer told the citizen that he was dumb along with a few other choice words. The citizen then turned around and asked the cop if he was stupid and if the cop knew what the meaning of deescalate meant ...before anything else was said (that I could hear) the civilian said "then how about you try F-word doing it instead of escalating the situation Especially after the incident was already over.
Oh but anyway the employee were definitely going above and beyond to do what they could without breaking company policies which I'm sure there are some things the employees can and can't do legally and by policy. I've been in the retail industry for years in the past and have seen situations arise like this.
The sober customer was grateful to the employees and manager and the employees had sympathy towards the good samaritan (sober customer).
I am definitely going to shop at this location from now on even though it's not the closest Walgreens. And I'll try to shop at night for it is a 24 hour Walgreens . Did not know that. I just thought the drive through pharmacy was the only thing open 24 hours.
To the drunk jerk . ..pretty much an even fight all in all ...you both had your highs and lows But DUDE YOU DEFINITELY DEFINITELY HAD ONE UGLY BLOODY MUG AND YOU DEFINITELY DESERVED THAT...HOPEFULLY LESSON LEARNED. To the sober customer ....be careful....people are getting more outrageous these days and who knows what people are capable of BUT THANK GOD HE LEFT BLOODY AND A WIFE YELLING AT YOU FOR BEING THE WAY YOU SUPPOSEDLY ALWAYS ARE.
AND TO OFFICER "HUEY"

Honestly not a bad pharmacy. Can have a long wait but that's kind of all pharmacy's right! The only thing that is a problem is being short staffed in this Walgreens. I wish they gotten more staff for these poor people :(

I have been coming to this Walgreens for many years now and the quality of the service from the pharmacy has always been stellar. They have a very efficient and quick drive-thru. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The prices are low too.

I typically never have an issue with my print orders, but this year was bad. In reading other reviews it looks like a common issue this year. I placed an invitation print order yesterday for 18 5"x7" prints and it said the estimated time for completion would be 6pm. I figured I would pick up the photos the next morning to take over to my daughter's school. I called at 7am to see if the order was ready and a woman answered and said she would check, then the phone transferred over and the person hung up on me. I thought that it might be an error so I called back and they proceeded to hang up again. Literally the phone answered, I said "don't hang up" and they hung up. I ended up having to drive over to find out the order was not ready. I talked to the night manager on staff and he offered to make the prints asap, which would take 6 minutes. I've never had this issue at this location before, but hanging up the phone on customers... really!

Worst experience. I called over the phone just to ask about the availability and cost of some vaccines, I have spent 19:05 min being thrown from voice-mail to customer service to finally reach the pharmacy and be hung up with no answer to my question. The worst.

Made an online order for same day pickup. Called for 3 days in a row (no one answered the phone multiple times) and they still weren't ready. Checked my email saying it was ready, I'm here, these two dummies at the photo department are rummaging around while I've been waiting here for 20 minutes saying they can't find it and it's probably not ready. There's piles and piles and piles of boxes and packages. After me sitting here for another 10 mins, the cards are printed but not cut and have been right in. Front of their faces the entire time. Then they couldn't figure out how to use the cutter. THEN she showed me that the cutter was messed up and tried to hand me cards that were literally cut in half and misprinted. At this point I just left pissed. A waste of 4 days and still I have no business cards. This store is so disorganized and understaffed do not come here, they are imbeciles.

The pharmacy department is really on the ball. I ordered 1 hour photos yesterday and today they are not ready. The store looks junky with boxes all over the place.

Literally no employees here. Don't think anyone wants to work here. They have one person running photo section, front counter, and key locks, and he's horrible at customer service. Abraham is useless here and has horrible customer service.
