Restrooms are locked and needed a worker to open them. Asked multiple workers and the all said “we will get someone with the keys”. 10 minutes passed and nothing. I walked around the entire store and finally found someone with the key. They looked very displeased and bothered I even asked. Never coming here again

Made an online order for same day pickup. Called for 3 days in a row (no one answered the phone multiple times) and they still weren't ready. Checked my email saying it was ready, I'm here, these two dummies at the photo department are rummaging around while I've been waiting here for 20 minutes saying they can't find it and it's probably not ready. There's piles and piles and piles of boxes and packages. After me sitting here for another 10 mins, the cards are printed but not cut and have been right in. Front of their faces the entire time. Then they couldn't figure out how to use the cutter. THEN she showed me that the cutter was messed up and tried to hand me cards that were literally cut in half and misprinted. At this point I just left pissed. A waste of 4 days and still I have no business cards. This store is so disorganized and understaffed do not come here, they are imbeciles.

The pharmacy department is really on the ball. I ordered 1 hour photos yesterday and today they are not ready. The store looks junky with boxes all over the place.

Literally no employees here. Don't think anyone wants to work here. They have one person running photo section, front counter, and key locks, and he's horrible at customer service. Abraham is useless here and has horrible customer service.

I only come to this Walgreens for Christmas Photo greeting cards. I have never had a problem with my order until this year. I did my normal same day order and I was given a pickup time of 11:40pm. Well that's close to midnight so I decided to pick my order up the next day after work. I arrived to the store around 6:30pm. I waited in line. When I gave the Walgreens associate my pickup information. She explained that my Christmas cards weren't ready and the time given was an estimate. I said yeah I know the time given was estimated but it's almost 17 hours later... she then tried to gaslight me by saying, "you shouldn't have waited to the last minute" to order. I didn't wait until the last minute. I ordered the cards on December 20th!!! Bottom line, they Walgreens photo department was unorganized, ill prepared and understaffed to handle holiday card orders this year. Stop blaming your customers. Walgreens need to update their photo app to reflect real time processing of orders. I was also told they didn't know when my order would be ready. She said, "maybe tomorrow". However, when I left the store, I got an email an hour later stating that my order was ready for pick up. I don't live near Walgreens so there was no way for me drive back to the store that night. So I had to pick them up the following day. Nobody apologized for the delay. Customer service is definitely nonexistent at this store.

They are both open 24hrs. Went by at 5 am, there were baracades in front of doors. So don't waste ur time going there.

This is my go-to Walgreens, I often stop here when I just need a few things and I use their photo services. The problem is, every time I use the photo app and come to pick up my photos, they are not ready. It's supposed to be "ready in an hour" but EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to wait for them to print them out when I arrive at the store. Super frustrating! Otherwise the staff is usually kind and the Store location is convenient. I wish I knew of a better photo service to use.

Absolute worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy. I am four months pregnant and went here today to get a flu vaccine. There is a lady who is telling the pharmacy employee that she believes she has Covid and needs to buy at home tests. The lady is at the pharmacy window with no mask on and breathing everywhere. I tell the pharmacy worker that I'm uncomfortable because I'm currently pregnant and she completely dismisses me and acts as if I'm a lunatic for being concerned. I told her I'm not comfortable receiving service at the same window and she tries to ensure me that it is safe because she wiped the counter down. I will never come back to this pharmacy location again, CVS is way more courteous to their customers.

"Free" Covid Test Kit. Beware when you go to the pharmacy and they offer a free covid test kit. That's false. They turn around and bill your insurance $26. If you dare tell them you don't want it , they'll give you attitude.

They have a lot of practical items for your health and wellness as well as creative gift ideas. They are always prepared with seasonal decor for your house decorating needs. The pharmacy is good but usually understaffed so expect to wait and come earlier for appointments that are scheduled. They have a drive through. Many coupon offerings with a rewards program. They also have a photo center to print cards, photos and posters. They are equipped to take passport photos too.

I've always had great customer service at this Walgreens location. They know if one of my medications will interact badly with another and they really stay on top of important things like that. Those are things I need to know.
