I hate the managers they don't know how to treat their employees they don't help you out and they won't give you days off because they're too mean and they are mean to the costumers I have started to go more frequently than before and my opinion has changed it used to be a good experience but now I have noticed the little things. I've noticed that the employees are sad and it looks like they never want to be there they need to treat their employees better the manager Crystal specifically

I use this pharmacy on a regular basis and am always happy with the customer service. The pharmacists know me by name and are always responsive to both my in person questions and on the occasion I call. This location only has pharmacists there is VERY rarely an actual pharmacy tech supporting the pharmacists which is the one recommendation I have for Vons!!! And if you use one of the online pharmacy discount programs like GoodRX etc they work with all the major ones! Finally a great place to get vaccinations, I received my CoVid booster and Shingles vaccinations here!

5,000 stars for GLORIA in the bakery department!! She did my daughters cocomelon cake and it was more than i could have ever imagined!! My note was "please google cocomelon and use those colors. Cocomelon themed cake with "happy 2nd birthday Blakelyn!" And boy did she deliver!!!! I SCREAMED WHEN I SAW IT!!! I was THRILLED!!! She did an AMAZING job!! Thank you so so much Gloria!! Everyone at the party was sooooo impressed! We love it! Even my 2yr old daughter loved it!!

Woman servicing the self help checkout was rude from the start! Curly hair glasses with glasses, heavy set. Didn't get a name. She walked over when my light turned on! Looked at me as if I'm trying to bother, it's not my fault the Damn checkout is sensitive when you move the items to make space into your bag!!!! She shouted across as if I'm a child, No it didn't charge that one! Don't move the bag!!!! Excuse me ma'am/Woman who do you think you are!!!! Ugh!!!! So disappointing!

This would be a one-star, but it's bumped up to two stars only because the staff's always been amazingly friendly, fast, and personable, despite the fact that they seem to be stretched thin. Unfortunately, it feels like the people running this store simply don't respect customers' time enough to budget enough staff to run the place smoothly. The vast majority of checkout stands are regularly unstaffed, and it's always a coin flip as to whether or not the self-checkout stands will be open. Multiple times, I've seen managers wait until cashiers are overwhelmed dealing with lines until they finally open the self-checkout stands. It's a weird dynamic. So I opt to shop elsewhere.

Between 2 people who tried to help me tonight, Rose & Alex, I think I can safely say that I've had the WORST customer service experience, EVER! I came in tonight for to get some balloons for my son's birthday. I called ahead to make sure the balloon section was open and I was told yes. When I got to Rose, I informed her that I needed some color latex balloons, and she sighed and looked very annoyed. Then she told me that it was going to take a while because there were only 4 people on duty. It was a slow night and there was no one in her line but she still looked annoyed that I was asking for balloons. Rose then goes on to page Alex. A few minutes Alex arrives and is informed by Rose that I would like balloons. Alex let's put a heavy sigh and shakes his head, to which Rose says, "I know". At this point, I'm starting to get annoyed with the bad service. Then I really get annoyed when Alex walks by me and says, "Let's go." As I'm telling Alex the color balloons I want, he keeps sighing, as if I'm inconveniencing him. Then, as he's trying to tie one of the balloons, it pops, and he says "F**k". Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, Alex drops an F bomb right in front of me, the customer. If I really didn't need to get balloons tonight, I would have walked out without them. Unfortunately, I had to stick around and deal with the worst customer service, ever. I really hope that Vons management monitors these reviews and issues corrective actions for these 2 individuals. They really need some help in the customer service department.

This store was clean and the staff was wonderful to work with keep in mind I did not pick up all the items needed tor Thanksgiving dinner and this store helped me get it all. I just want to say Thanks.

If I could leave less than a 1-star review, I would. Every time I call to get a prescription filled or go in to pick-up a prescription, the pharmacist lady is the most rude, impatient, disrespectful person I've met. She couldn't care less about the patients coming in to get their prescriptions. I just got off the phone with her not too long ago after trying to fill one of my prescriptions, and after multiple instances of me asking questions and getting short responses, I finally ended the call by thanking her to which she responds "bye," and slams the phone down. I hope this woman either gets spoken to or no longer is able to work with the public because I will definitely be going to a different pharmacy.

Vons is a favorite of my wife and me! It's pricier than other grocery stores in our area, but we don't mind because this location is well-organized, well-stocked, and the staff is pleasant. Nothing is perfect, of course. We had a problem with self-checkout today and they didn't have any cleaning items to clean our basket, but that's just me being nit-picky, lol. Anyway, happy shopping!
