I am grateful for the expert care that Dr. Donna Moore and her staff provided to my 14 year old Maltese-Poo, which recently passed away. Dr. Moore is a compassionate veterinarian doctor. She did not suggest unnecessary medical procedures or supplies to enrich her own practice. Her staff was efficient, helpful and professional. They made me proud to be a member of the community they served. I would recommend Veterinary Out-Patient Clinic to family and friends!

You can trust the veterinarian, Dr. Moore and their staff to treat your pet with loving, professional care. Dixie, our Basset enjoys her experience there, feeling very comfortable with gentle attentive staff. With reasonable rates this outpatient clinic has reasonable rates and will only treat your pet for what is only necessary and never try to upsell with unnecessary services.

Dr. Moore and her crew are the most understanding, caring, knowledgable vets out there! So grateful for finally finding a vet to care for our 130 pound Great Dane, who needs lots of patience. My Great Dane has never been more comfortable with any other vet. Every tech there is so kind and they really care about your animals. And I am so pleased with the affordable price! With having a big dog, I was getting charged by "big dog" fees everywhere I took my Great Dane. Dr. Moore is so caring and knows so much, she's the best in the business! I highly highly recommend Veterinary Out-Patient!

We truly appreciate Dr. Moore and her staff for their professional services. She patiently explained her diagnosis with us and didn't over prescribe meds. We previously brought our other dog for her dental work and the price is very reasonable and Dr. Moore's philosophy is not to remove teeth unless necessary. That's very much appreciated. Highly recommend this clinic and we wish we would've find this clinic sooner.

Coming to this vet has been such a blessing for my dog and I.
I brought my dog Bella, she’s older and has different needs due to her age. I was nervous of bringing her in at first being worried that they may be dismissive of her issues because of advanced age. Thankfully that was not the case.
Dr. Moore and her team are such professionals and maintain a standard of excellence from start to finish, even when it got busy and the lobby was full(there wasn’t a long wait at all, I was attended to right away) they provided careful and considerate one on one time to truly get an understanding of my concerns were.
Dr. Moore was incredibly kind and considerate with her care. She was honest and only provided and advised for treatment she believed my dog needed without adding excessive or unnecessary treatment or charges. Not having been to a vet in a while I was initially worried about the price as well.
Dr. Moore herself spoke to me and explained what type of approach would be best for my dog. She’s been a vet for over 30 years and has lots of experience. I could tell she also has an incredibly big heart and compassion for the pets she helps.
I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Dr. Moore, and some of the staff I have interacted with personally, Ashley, Sara, Jennifer assisted me in my last visits and have been very professional. Although I can tell everyone there offers the best kind of service and understanding you would want for your pet.

If I could give 100 stars, I would! I took my dog, Shorty, to see Dr. Moore last week. Shorty has been to two other vets in the last few months for his mouth. I have honestly wasted my time with these other vets and money!$ I want a vet who cares about my dog, not someone who comes in for 2 minutes and leaves and then sends someone in with some insanely priced estimate! I was tired of being given the run around. If you can't figure out why he's sick just tell me! Well, I was at my whit's end and by the 4th visit to the vet, still no answers, but let's tell you he needs work done on his mouth but not sure what and we will call with an estimate...still waiting actually...So finally a friend who I foster for told me to go to Dr.Moore. I had taken some of my fosters there but just for spays. Well, I did call and spoke to Carol who actually took the time to go over pricing with me about Dental work. (Other vets I called couldn't give any exact pricing over phone) Well, after speaking with Carol and hearing real prices, I felt good. I made the appointment and she actually scheduled Shorty for the next Dental appointment. I took Shorty in to see Dr. Moore and let me tell you, WHAT A RELIEF! I have 7 dogs of my own and 3 fosters. Dr. Moore didn't have to muzzle my 10 lb. .dog and said she loved him! She came into this beautiful glass wall room and talked with me for maybe 30 minutes! I mean actually talked to me. She got to know me and Shorty too! She gave me advise on diets and food and allergies and flea meds!
I can't begin to even tell you the relief I felt! I seriously wanted to cry and hug her! Finally, what I have been praying for for so long!
A Vet who cares! The dental is $208.00! plus pre blood work, which Shorty had already had done and she said it looked great!
Another vet, said he needed to test further blood work and wanted to charge almost $300.00! A vet visit is only $$40.00 and his was $67.00 and a recheck was even $47.00 All around, it's just better! I feel so good about Dr. Moore and her staff, who she told me all about! I am absolutely switching vets and taking all of my dogs and cats here. If I could work at such an amazing place, I would! I have found an angel in this storm of issues with shorty and I am so thankful! If you need a vet, this is the keeper! Thank you to the staff and Dr. Moore!

If I can give this place less stars I would they denied my dog her medicine knowing she's been off of it due to their mistakes.. the owner threatened me and she calls herself a vet when she was being rude and didn't want to give me my dog her meds but made me go in person to threaten and deny me ! Makes no sense to invite someone in for them to turn me and my dog down! She threaten the cops on me also and I'm 65 year old man so it's already tough for me to take care of my dog and take her in..

Good first experience. Have been there a couple times with different dogs. Both times they were friendly. Needs with first visit were complete. Second visit required me to go elsewhere for X-ray. Gave good recommendation. Reasonable prices.

I highly recommend this place. I had dental cleaning a while back that was affordable and I felt they took care of my dog. Now that my dog is aging he has more dental issues. I really appreciate the doctor treating his condition and not just insisting surgery like many other vets have. She took the time to call me and go over his health and gave me some peace of mind.

This wonderful establishment was referred to me by a friend. So I decided to take my two beloved doggies for a check-up and teeth cleaning. I didn't wait long and was very nicely greeted by Jennifer when calling, and setting up the appointment was a breeze. When I arrived, Jennifer also helped me, providing excellent service and care throughout the process. Dr. Moore then met with me, taking the time to get to know each other and explaining their processes. Then Ashley brought my dogs back out to me, providing exceptional care and attention to my two doggies that are like my children. A few days later Zack helped me by going over my dog's test results, he was very supportive, informative and caring. Everyone at this place is amazing, but I wanted to share the outstanding experience I had with Jennifer, Dr. Moore, Ashley and Zack. Finally, despite providing excellent care, their prices are very affordable and their location is very convenient just off Katella and the 55 freeway. I will be a customer for life.
