I was very impressed with Steven at the Village in Orange. He was patient and long suffering as he helped me through decision making and then assisting me with transferring all information from my old iPhone to the new 14. I didn't give Steven 5 stars due to the only issue i had which with the pricing - terribly expensive and there were no 'deals' to be had although Steven searched for them. No trade-ins available to help with the cost. However, for an older and tech-challenged customer, Steven was courteous and extremely understanding. I thank him for his patience!

After reading the reviews for this store I was apprehensive to visit. I finally went to purchase a phone once I did my own research and I was pleasantly surprised. Steven worked the deals and offered me a good deal. He explained every step clearly. Then, took the time to make sure my phone transferred correctly. Thanks so much for help.

I've been on there several times this past year- each time is a worst experience than before. Worst customer service ever. Sadly, I've been going this store for YEARS and it's continuously going downhill. The manager is rude, employees have no care in the world seems like they just want to get paid by the hour and do minimal work. All they want you to do is "call customer service" - and then you can't get ahold of anyone, nor can't get a resolution. Verizon is loosing loyal customers QUICK!! I've been a customer of them for over 16 years - I wish I would have left sooner.

I have always commended Verizon for the exceptional service, enthusiasm, and knowledge their employees were able to provide, but the employees at this store gave me the impression that they did not even care. Yesterday, I came into the store (2 hours before close) to hopefully get my order resolved and phone number transferred to a new device. Due to technical issues on THEIR end with our order, we had to queue in line THREE times, which ended up taking an hour of our time. By the third time, they told us there was nothing they could do because the store is closing in 1 hour, they could not accommodate us, and we had to make an appointment for tomorrow. I later realized that the employees at this store were not only unwilling to help us, but were also incompetent, which is unlike any experiences that I have received at other Verizon stores. After calling customer service (Verizon store employee also refused to assist with this) and trying various functions in the Verizon app, I was able to resolve my order and transfer my number within 30 minutes (before they closed). I wasted my time coming here, and will never seek assistance from this store again.

Absolutely NO star! Worst Management Ever!!! The guy (Robert) who was claiming that he is the store manager has absolutely no idea what the management is!!! He is unaware of the very basic rules of business management! Verizon (+++) store manager (------)!!!!

*Don't buy services @ this store*The customer service at this location is terrible. Went in to return a phone and was refused service because I came in 50 minutes before closing on 6/4/23 @5:10pm. The representative outright refused to help me and was trying to get me to come in another day, mind you I got there 50 minutes before closing. The rep. said they were only helping by appointment; I was advised by the call center that no appointment was needed for this store. No where out side or inside the store does it say by appointments only. Not the first review of customers complaints for the same reasons and wait times where you are ignored for long periods of time with no acknowledgment.

The guys Juan who helped me out was literally sitting on the other side of the desk watching a baseball game on his phone trying to are care of me. And when I walked over and asked him about the new phone he was sitting there and pointed his fingers and told me which phones they were watching the game. Come and and get the out of here. If you want to watch the game quit your job and go home. And don't sit on your chair and point fingers and tell me what the name of thr phones are but walk over and lmk the specs and the difference between them. I didn't want to cause a scene so just talked out.

Switching out my phone isn't something I had scheduled for my day off, I have to be honest! The good thing was my opportunity to experience an amazing customer service experience from King and Ed at Verizon. I'm a creature of habit, and thanks to their patience, thoughtfulness, and knowledge, I can say I loved my time there and my new phone! Thanks again, King and Ed! You guys are awesome!

i can't rember the last time I had such a bad expierance at a retail store. Eric the GM mislead ( aka lied) me that his team was experienced and could / would help tranfer data from my current to new phone without any issues. They were NOT. I ended up canceling the order. I received some money back but the whole experience was very, very poor . While I was there, I would say they were probably four or five employees at one of the tables wrestling carrying on and they went to the back another customer who was there with a bunch of noise in the back and goes what's going on back in the back oh they're just rearranging first so Eric, I think he definitely needs more training on how to run a professional business and how to really be of service to the customer. Verizon's gonna lose a customer for over 10 years but I know they're so big that it doesn't matter what one customer doesn't matter to them no matter what they say. Their 611 customer service wasn't very helpful at all nor is their website everything's automated PS Verizon has lousy coverage in uesed Orange County, the Orange Villa Park area. It's absolutely pathetic. Find another carrier other than Verizon both for service and professionalism I just want to note that the young lady who initially and was helping me was very professional and that, but unfortunately upper management is not.

eric castanodo the so called manager needs training in customer service. came in looking for a new phone. I left and went to another provider got my new phone 3 of them. discontinued service at Verizon. good job eric helped Verizon lose a customer and I bet more in the past and future
