“EDIT: I originally posted a complaint (as I have NOT had good experiences with the man I believe to be the owner- in my experience, he's rude). HOWEVER- the young man who seems to always be working there is AWESOME! He is really nice, knowledgeable and friendly. My gf had purchased a nectar collector only to get home & find out that it didn't hold water.. so she immediately returned & showed him the problem & he readily helped her fix the issue. I always leave the store satisfied & you cannot beat their prices! It is the only smoke shop I go to... which is entirely due to the young man who works there! Def check the place out, you will see what I mean.”

“As smoke shops go, I think it's the best in the immediate area. A guy named Eli (I think!) helped me find the perfect gift for my friends birthday!! He was patient and friendly and didn't pressure me while I was trying to make a decision. He didn't try to up sell me either, which I appreciate. Prices seemed pretty fair and they always appear to be open so assumed good hours.”
“The most important thing is that Eli is the epitome of customer service. Look at the reviews. His energy is why people return. I only buy one kind of product but the place seems to have a beautiful array of other items. I love the posters and photos.However, and I say this not out of a place of malice but in hopes that maybe it will change. This is per my own observation.I'm not sure if it's just with me or everyone but the other individual that works with Eli that started not long ago or at least I haven't seen him prior to some months back, he isn't very inviting. He seems irritated when I come in.. No smile, no hi, nada. I feed off of energy and his doesn't feel right. He's not Eli. No one is but idk maybe he can practice greetings or a smile. Again not sure if it's just with me or not but just want to put that out there. Otherwise the place gets a 10 stars not 5.”
