Worst customer service. I don’t recommend this place at all. Only one lady who takes forever talking to other clients and leaves you waiting for almost an hour to get a simple hair cut. I would avoid this place all together

I came in for an emergency haircut since my hair was uneven from a prior cut. I told Bertha I needed my hair fixed ASAP and she took care of it right away. She did layers on my hair and was able to give my hair volume without cutting off too much. Her prices were very reasonable and she was very fast.

I had to transfer money to my family outside of the country and the service was AMAZING!!! Vanesa helped me with my money transfer and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. She walked me through every step and made sure I had all my answers questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS VIGO!!!! THEY ARE THE BEST!

If I could put negative stars I would. I walked in and the lady was cutting a man's hair. She didn't speak English, so she had a girl in the back translate. She said i was next, there were no other customers. A man walked in and asked about a haircut for hi.self and 2 children. I speak enough Spanish to understand. Then the lady came from the back to tell me that she was going to cut the man's hair as well as the 2 children, before me.i said i was next. She said, well.....I walked out. They were asking $20 for a haircut and charge $1.50 for debit or credit. $20 for the haircut was pushing it already, us the charge, then on top of that horrible customer service!! I left and will NEVER be back.
