The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude to my wife. My wife needed to send a package to France and had never done that before. The lady immediately was speaking in a loud tone at her telling her she did it wrong and wouldn’t even explain or help her understand what was incorrect. Extremely unprofessional demeanor and we will certainly never be going to this location ever again.

I have been going here for the past months and yesterday I came to drop an a small package i waited in line for 15 minutes while they had like 40 minutes to close and my turn was next and they were out of thermal paper (shipping label), I understand but also have the courtesy to communicate with us or have a sign before we wait in line

I am such an advocate for the postal service and I love this location because of its proximity to the plaza but the geriatric women who work here are AWFUL. They have always been rude but the Asian front desk worker was abhorrent today. Why they are allowed to keep their jobs when they clearly don’t appreciate it is baffling. Know that when you come here you will absolutely be berated for paying for services.

This location is the worst. 3 lazy and rude older females working the front counter. Especially Charito, she's lazy and not helpful with basic services like change of address. They always tell us to go to the Tustin St location, claiming that they don't know anything. They take forever because they're too busy chatting with each other. Don't bother coming here and they close early too and don't let you in 5 minutes prior to closing.

DONT GO HERE! Went to hand in christmas cards to make sure that they don't get damaged and the lady clerk still tossed them into a tote. Terrible service.

Love this historic U.S.P.S. location & all the Old Towne charms.Just on the outskirts of City of Orange ? Historical ? Plaza ⏺️ District/The ? Orange Circle ⭕ @ cross-streets of Lemon & 308 Chapman Ave in Orange, Ca.Across from Omega Burger & Snooze A.M.Once the main ? ? hub for this part of OC. Fortunately the architecture & layout has mainly stayed the same. Has full service USPS including P.O. Boxes. Usually NOT crowded & has ample parking. Certainly easy to find & visit or use USPS services.bSafebHappybWell ?

I bought a stamp addressed to Japan. I had checked the type beforehand, so I didn't have to worry about it on the spot, and the woman at the counter was very responsive.
