Juan at the front office was a huge help in problem solving. My unit is on the second floor and the elevator is currently out of service and I have a bad knee. He was able to get me a temporary unit on the first floor until the elevator is fixed and that was so nice and helped me out a lot. This is a great storage place!

Larry was a super help. The only reason I don’t give a 5 is because I booked online and was given an upstairs unit with a non Working elevator..thankfully Larry found us an alternate unit in the first floor before we signed our lease.
