Third Time this past year that this location has lost mail that was sent via their office via USPS certified mail. I paid to have it sent certified mail and they’re claiming that they put it in the USPS box yet the post office claims the certified mail tracking number was never entered, therefore is likely what they sold me is not certified mail. Essentially fraud. Resulting in three lost packages.

Easily the best UPS store they I’ve experienced! I am a disabled man, and I need help in moving my items that are too big for me, with just my walker. With a quick phone call, the team is always ready to help me, very supportive and patient. There is no doubt that I’ll be their customer for ever!

Outstanding service! I came in shortly before closing and needed to send a fax with confirmation of delivery timestamped today. The owner stayed after closing to confirm my fax went through. I'm so grateful!Christine

Needed a Notary came to this store. $15 each but I had a document that required signature witnesses. He charged me $10 each for him and an employee. A FedEx guy came in and he was free (don't I feel lucky). I was in a hurry so what could I do. Then a friend told me that the Wells Fargo in the same mall does it for free. Haven't tried it so I don't know if it's true.

I recently visited this UPS store for notary and Amazon drop off services, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The staff at this location were top-notch in terms of their professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency.The notary services I received were handled quickly and efficiently, with the staff member who assisted me taking the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. They made sure that I understood everything before I left, which was greatly appreciated.The Amazon drop off process was equally seamless, with the staff member who assisted me was friendly and efficient. I was in and out in no time, with no issues whatsoever.Overall, I highly recommend this UPS store to anyone in need of notary or Amazon drop off services. The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and truly go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are satisfied. Thank you for the excellent service! I will definitely be returning to this location in the future

Best service all around! I drive to this location wven though I have another location closer to me for all my shipping needs because they are just so fast and efficient! I never have to worry about anything getting lost, I know my packages are in good hands with this friendly staff!

I am so disappointed in the level of customer service received at this location. I go to this UPS store several times a month to ship all of my work packages. A package I recently shipped to one of my clients was sent to the wrong address and returned as "non-deliverable". After talking with the location for over 30 minutes, it was determined that the error was on there end; however, the store clerk informed me that I would need to pay to have the package redelivered and that it was also my fault for not noticing the address on my receipt was wrong. I usually do check the addresses, but for some reason this time I did not. The clerk did not apologize for the mistake and said, "these things just happen sometimes". I am beside myself at the poor level of customer service I received and frankly, I can't believe that a store would forego all future business with me over a $13.34 delivery charge. I will be taking all future business elsewhere.

I've been a customer here for years and recently returned some items to be shipped back to Amazon, when I arranged for the return on amazons web site it clearly states that no box is needed, I can just drop the items off and they'll ship them back at no charge to me.I've filed a complaint with Amazon.WRONG! They said that I'd have to charge me between $10-$20ea to box up each of my items.Dishonest people, I'll never go here again.
