Seriously? Only one person at the desk on a Monday morning?? I walked in with an Amazon return and happened to follow a person with a notary task that must have taken 20 minutes until they finished and got to my simple return. Please please please hire a second desk clerk!!

The sign states the store opens at 8:30 AM during weekdays. It was a weekday and the store was still closed at 8:30AM. I waited till 8:37 and than shook the door as maybe there is someone in the back that could hear the door rattle. A not so nice man came up, opened the door, yelled at me and called me a Narcissistic terrorist and slammed the door back on me as he unlocked the door. The man is very rude. Other people are not happy with the nasty comments this man makes. Not very good service and fails to represent UPS properly.

Was with them for a couple of years, had a mailbox disconnected, had a recent return and they act like they didn’t receive anything ! dishonest !

They charge me to put one piece of tape on my baggage which is ridiculous

I've done tons of amazon returns here, no problem. Today when I walked in there was a different vibe. The employee working was explaining to another customer how he couldn't help her with her amazon return. I checked the fine print and my Amazon return to did need packaging but I had packed my item so I should have been fine? Nope! I hadn't sealed up my box properly so the employee was refusing my return unless I purchased a piece of tape. A piece of tape. I've been given tape for free at this and other locations before.. and it's hard to be warm to someone who when you walk in the door is being standoffish. " this is a business we can't be giving away things for free." I paid $1 for tape but I never received a receipt. I am doubtful I will continue to use this location for amazon returns -which admittedly was the only reason I would stop in here, generally usps is cheaper for shipping.

Got here at 830am on a Monday. The definitely don't open at 830am. Lights off, doors locked, no one inside. Definitely unreliable

I recently visited the UPS Store and wanted to share my experience. Although there was a long line when I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. The overall atmosphere was clean and inviting, which made waiting in line more tolerable.Despite the crowd, the employees at the UPS Store were well-organized and seemed to have a system in place to expedite the process. The wait time was much shorter than expected, and I appreciated how the staff members efficiently served each customer with a smile. It was evident that they were working diligently to ensure everyone's needs were met promptly.The store itself was well-maintained and clean, creating a pleasant environment.Overall, my experience at the UPS Store was great, despite the initially daunting line. The efficient and friendly service made a significant difference in ensuring a smooth and hassle-free transaction. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of shipping services or other related tasks. Kudos to the staff for their professionalism and dedication to providing excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning to this UPS Store for all my shipping needs in the future!

The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Very rude employees that seem to be inconvenienced by your presence. Unhelpful bad attitude and try to charge you for everything and get combative when you question them.Not the first time have had problems at this location but definitely the last.

This store has been great in the past. This time around an employee named Greg has failed to do his job resulting in my package going missing for eleven days. Greg still has my package and failed to notify anyone to come and retrieve it. When asked why he never sent out a message to let anyone know that he's had my package for ELEVEN DAYS, Greg had no answer and instead began to question me about not picking up the package myself. At some point, I'd consider this stealing. What is the reason there had been no attempt to contact? Why wasn't the tracking updated on the website for me to be able to know where my package is? On April 14th, Greg signed for my package. Now on Aril 25th I find out from a UPS store in Beaufort SOUTH CAROLINA that it has been in his possession ever since. This is ridiculous, unacceptable, and incredibly disappointing. Do better.

Located in the Von's shopping center in Orange at the intersection of Lincoln and Tustin Ave. You'd never know the store is here, but it was certainly worth stopping in. Dropped by with a few Amazon returns and I found the store to be clean and inviting. Greeted immediately by a gentlemen with a huge smile, I couldn't help but feel welcomed that I came in. You could just tell that he really enjoys people. Just the usual stuff we take for granted in our business lives... This was a very nice store, ample parking, and the folks running this location made me feel like I was a known regular. I

Don't come here to get passport photos done. Or just don't come at all. They don't follow the guidelines so your photo will be rejected by passport agents. I had to pay to get my photos done AGAIN. Spend a total of $20 at 2 places just for a 2 inch photo. Thanks a lot.Also they charged $2 for a strip of tape? Stupid ridiculous. I lost my receipt so there's no point in going back and asking for my money back. Since clearly they need it if they're charging $2 for f****** tape. Get your s*** together

Ok these guys knocked it out of the park where the usps has no clue on how to run a business. They are quick to get you serviced. Got my package within two days to Arizona. And the pricing was reasonable. Super helpful guys there too.
