The guy working here is so rude! Always has an attitude when we come to make Amazon returns. This has been the 3rd time that he’s spoken to me in a condescending way. Points at the label and continues to scold “next time don’t bring a box” or “next time pull up the barcodes before coming in”

Dropped off some Amazon returns and Ian was terrific. I like that the store is open on Sundays and Ian gets these scanned returns done quick in and out in just minutes. There was a line of about 7 people but I waited only 3-4 minutes. He is super great. Thanks UPS.

I received great customer service from Johnny , Monica & Ian . They took the time to show me how to navigate on my phone the info ℹ️ need for them to help me do the return. Each time I go into this location, I always am greeted & they are always patient with me as the help me .

Useless ,worthless, customer support doesn't exist. Completely look past this automated delivery system , not a company choose fed ex or usps , Ups is worthless . AVOID.
