I went into this UPS Store on Sunday July 6th, 2025 to get a laptop to a colleague who had a family emergency out of state. The employee asked when I needed there and I stated by Tuesday, he asked if I wanted it guaranteed. I said yes, he offered to wrap it and box it for me, I was confident leaving the store it would be to my colleague by Tuesday.
When I checked the tracking number on Tuesday, I noticed that the package left the store Monday night and will not arrive to my colleague until the 14th! I called the store and spoke to the employee who took my package on Sunday after leaving me on hold for 15 minutes, then having to call back. The employee said he was on the line with the stores owner, Ian. The employee stated that I never told him that I needed it there by Tuesday and they didn’t have the box or bubble wrap on Sunday and that’s why it didn’t go out until last night. The employee mentioned that Ian would call me later today to address my situation.
Ian called me back, I articulated that I told the employee on Sunday that I needed the laptop to get there by this Tuesday and I felt confident when I left that it would. I told him that the employee told me this morning that he didn’t have the packaging on Sunday, but failed to mention that to me or call me Monday to let me know that they were out of shipping supplies. Ian listened and I was told there is nothing he can do, the package already left. He insulted me by saying he would watch the store footage to see if I actually said I wanted it to my colleague “guaranteed” by Tuesday. I asked if there was anything else he could do to make it right, he said no. I asked who I can escalate this situation to, he said, “I’m the owner of three stores, I guess you can call UPS customer service.” Ian was completely indifferent about the situation, never apologized, nor tried to rectify the situation. His answer to my requests to expedite the package were, “the package already left the store.” I disconnected the call due to frustration, he called me back twice stating we were disconnected because the store was receiving another call. I explained I disconnected the call excuse I was frustrated, he said, “oh ok,” and disconnected the call.

Thank you so so sooo much to Ian who graciously and efficiently helped me ship 10 huge boxes! Some of them needed to be put inside additional cardboard boxes, which he was able to cut down and reinforce for me. Moving is incredibly stressful but this experience was nothing short of smooth and easy. He was also very kind -- I really appreciate all his help!!

I never leave reviews like this but I have to say this male employee with many tattoos on his arms is VERY rude. I went in for a few package returns and there was an error on his end so he wasn’t able to scan all of them for some reasons, and he blamed it on me and said it’s not his fault if these packages don’t get returned. I tried explaining it a few times and he wouldn’t listen to me and just kept repeating himself, with a very rude and intimidating attitude, talking down on me and cutting me off while I’m talking. Very rude, very unprofessional. All the other staff who helped me before at this location were super nice and friendly, except this one.

The staff here are amazing. No matter how busy they get (and they get slammed) they always have smiles on their faces and handle everything with a great attitude. Why bother with the post office?

Ian, the manager was extremely helpful while navigating my shipping process for an international package. I was really impressed with the amount of knowledge he had and he helped me pack the box to make sure everything would arrive not damaged. I really appreciated the attentiveness and the great customer service

The employees Darren and Ian really went above and beyond to turn our emergency into a success. They worked with us to make sure our daughter’s birthday wasn’t ruined and we couldn’t be more grateful.

My package I paid 35.44 came back to me with no explanation. I went back they remailed it but with the same tracking code so I have no way of knowing if the package made it. Sounds like a scam because the same person wanted to help me again. Will not go to this place again
