I’m not really a screw guy but I was in a bind and needed a hand. I was so impressed that David took time to help me after I explained my issue. I am not Integritys target….but his kindness got me out of a huge bind. This is the type of business I’d want to work with. Please let me tell you the rest of the story.
TWO little bolts. Two damn bolts. The booth we had invested in for an important trade show was missing a couple of bolts and would not stand up.. I checked. Home depot and Lowe’s to no avail. Panic Mode. The show started in an hour. I was new as a sales manager at this company and needed this booth to work. David listened to my issue…called his lieutenant and got me the two screws i needed which saved me a drive to San Diego.
All this knowing I was never ever going to be a prospect. A pure act of kindness.
The trade show went well…got me visibility….and a promotion.
I knew Dave helped, but did not know just how much the kind favor would help. Thanks Integrity!
