Honestly bless your soul if you bank here. Customer service sucks and no one seems to have any communication between employees or “notes” as they put it. Constantly getting the run around for the most basic requests never seem to have accountability. Best advice I’d have to give you is search for another bank where people actually treat you with some respect. I’m a very well informed and organized person. I can’t believe people actually trust them with their hard earned money. Thank god I won’t be coming back.

Legitimately curious if the women answering the phones and working at the front are trained to be as rude and condescending as possible or if it’s a natural trait they’ve all been born with… dread having to call or go into this location to access MY OWN money. Awful and unnecessary poor customer service.

Have an account with them for over 4 years now. HORRIBLE customer service. Something fishy is going on as well. It is an unsafe practice to ask for FULL SSN and have all other sensitive personal information freely asked for as if its not private. And that is just to speak to someone about your account.Some how my password has changed 3 times. My associated email has changed. And I cannot change/fix or discuss any of these problems without telling a random person on the phone my SSN, DOB, Address, Full name... No wonder this happens.And this is a Union credit union, MULTIPLE people have had the same issue in my Union classes. Plus mandatory fees on an account that is mandatory is obsurd!

These women hate there job. Unpleasant,unfriendly,impatient,Rude, just terrible customer service. I called on a Saturday at 12:45pm and they put me on hold, then they hung up on me.I called back at 12:50pm and the automated service stated that there closed when online it says they close at 1pm. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. JUST TRASH!!!!

Worst customer service I ever had. Me and a few friends closed accounts due to horrible staff working phones. Attitudes are horrible and also have no idea how to resolve basic problems.

I have bank there over 30 years and never had a problem. I'm always in and out within 5 minutes. No matter which teller I get, they all have gave me excellent and fast service. I cant think of and Bank or CU that compare with there excellent service.

I love working with unions but the ladies that work there have atrocious customer service. Honestly they are very unpleasant and so rude. Im not someone to take my time to write a bad review unless they truly deserve it and honestly this union is suffering because of these ladies. PLEASE HIRE NEW STAFF!

They are terrible to try to get hold of. The staff instantly says, "Can I put you on hold" and then they put you on hold. And, they never come back. They are the worst for service...service, give me a break, they don't know what service is.
